I love this location. The inside of the Starbucks is always neat and clean and has plenty of comfortable seating. I have never had a bad experience here. The drinks always are tasting great and are made well. They also had a lot of Starbucks merchandise, which is nice because I like looking at the cups and sometimes picking one out. The staff is very kind and friendly and the bathrooms are always clean.

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing baristas at my local Starbucks, especially during the afternoon shifts. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of welcome. Their attention to detail and personal touch truly set them apart.
They consistently provide exceptional service, making sure every customer feels valued and appreciated. I look forward to my afternoon coffee runs knowing I’ll be treated like family. Saavy always has the place runnin smooth. I NEVER have to wait for my drink order when they are working!

We go through the drive thru almost every Sunday and even though they are always busy, our coffees have always been very good, but not this morning. We had 2 lattes and a Cortada. The cortada was cold and the two lattes were cold and only half full. These drinks are way too expensive to have them be this terrible.

Small spot for a quick cofee w/ good atmosphere. The only problem is that Starbucks knows almost nothing about what a good coffee is, especially if you pick an Italian from the list, like a cappuccino! They’re more specialized in fantasy coffee-based beverages rather than a true coffee shop.

Sat morning 10AM, refused “scan and pay” walk-in order for simple fill of coffee using my own cup. Manager cited“understaffing.” I counted 7 employees behind the counter. Only accepting mobile and drive-thru orders at this
time. Disappointing.

Rotten food!
I was super disappointment while I paid for my protein box I noticed the apples were all brown and mushy – I told the guy at the drive thru window and he was super rude and handed me a new box with the same issue as the other box. I showed him and he said “well this is the last one we have and you already paid for it.” I’ve never experienced anything like this before. SUPER RUDE! Everything in this box was completely frozen as well and disgusting. I will never come to this Starbucks again! Please get better staff and take care of your food. 🙁

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for years, but lately the experience just hasn’t been the same. The staff doesn’t seem as friendly as they used to be—some even come across a bit rude. And despite clearly asking for my refresher with water, I keep getting it made with lemonade instead. It’s frustrating when consistency and good service start to slip.
