Not ADA. I come to this Starbucks frequently. The drinks and food are good. But 4 times in the past two months people illegally park in handicap spots or the handicap aisle. Here is a photo of a dude doing it today. As someone who has family members who require handicap parking I find it very upsetting that this location does not enforce or support ADA.

At a minimum they need to add a sign saying no parking in handicap aisle.

I’ve been to this location before, employees are friendly never had a problem but today I doordashed a iced gingerbread chai latte and they didn’t put the stoppers on top of the lid and half of the drink spilled out, I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but I paid $7 for the drink+ all the DoorDash fees!!!

AVOID.

as an ex-starbs partner, im overly understanding of their internal issues.

i always avoid this location, but as someone who had to go into work at an unexpected time today, i hoped if i sent a mobile order 15 mins before arrival there might be a slim chance my order would for once be ready.

that didn’t happen.

upon arrival, they had paper signs on both doors that said “lobby closed”. Understandable, but why would you allow mobile orders if you cannot set that tone for accessibility up front?

After 10 minutes in line after having already placed the order for a total of now 25 minutes, I was asked at the window if i would drive around the drive thru again since my order wasn’t ready.

I politely declined because my order had been placed 15 mins prior to my arrival and wait time in drive thru and i heard the people in front of me w/o mobile orders hearing their order being taken because my window was open as i was hitting my e cig while waiting in line. My order was solely for two drinks. One for myself, and one for my employee who I wanted to treat and surprise when I had two staff no call no show on our team today.

There is no way to go past drive thru here, as it’s only one lane once you enter. Otherwise I would have lost faith far before the time i got to the window and drove off.

I’m not going to blame the employee for any part of this.

The “lead” “or manager” was trying his best not to be confrontational, typical of those who cannot set expectations with their guests or employees and typically live to micro manage. He came over to talk to me at the window. He started with “3 employees called out today… we are on 45 minute wait times”

I then said “i understand – but i’m not driving around the line again. could u just offer me a refund?” As a manager being called in urgently to work at that time – i could not be more understanding of what they might have been going thru.

Guess what? My drinks were magically made wrong and back at the window without me driving around the 15 min line again in under 2 minutes. They would have been made and sat dormant for that extra 10-20 minutes i would have been in line if i proceeded to drive around again. I saw all the cars behind me ENTER the driveway in my rear view after i drove in, that were new and had not been asked to drive around the whole drive thru line again.

They should have signage out front BEFORE entering the single lane drive thru their hyper inflated “wait time” of 45 mins as I was told, if that was their expectation for that time that I was told by the team lead or MOD..

If the lobby was not filled with well dressed people at this time, corporate management, or a job fair, again because i walked up to both their front entries and saw the paper signs, because i placed a mobile order that should have been available for walk in pick up: then i would have been much more understanding.

If half of the well dressed people were upper management or franchisees and the rest were interviewees, then well at minimal there were 4-6 “employees” inside from my quick glances thru both front entries.

If not, the about 10-12 well dressed people were just wasting EVERYONES time and not supporting their own management/employees.

This location also should have disabled their mobile orders at this time, and generally should from my past experiences since they’ve opened.

As someone personally who manages employees and guests, this situation was inappropriate on how I was treated for multiple reasons.

And separately from today, I’ve been discriminated here when with my other Latino friends vs when with my white friends. I’m fair skinned full blooded latino and ALWAYS give benefit of the doubt in these situations. Just not able to because how I’ve been treated here numerous times.

This location has always been like this.

I usually don’t write negative reviews because I also work in the service industry and understand how tough it can be, but today’s experience was disappointing. I asked for light ice in my iced espresso, and the barista filled it with full ice. When I politely asked again, she removed some ice before me and pushed the drink back with a rude attitude. For the price, I expected better customer service. It was a girl on a drive-through Please be nice!

I went through the drive thru this previous Saturday evening. I was planning on getting a frappe to cheer me up after a long day but it was 6:50ish and I had seen that they close at 7, so I decided to get an iced peach green tea lemonade instead. The employee who took my order and made my drink wasn’t very kind, AND she made my drink not following standard. I watched her make it and she literally didn’t shake it and she just poured it into the cup and put the ice directly on top. I was really upset because if I had known she wasn’t going to shake it (there’s a taste difference) I would’ve just gotten the frappe. Like I’m sorry babe but just because you close in 5 minutes doesn’t mean you can cut corners making my drink. If I had gotten the frappe she would’ve had to rewash the dish anyway, so why take my easier drink to your advantage and slack? Unacceptable.

One of the most terrible establishments in the city. And among the worst establishments is Starbucks – where I do not recommend you to go. There are an average of 15 people in front of you, the staff doesn’t care about you, the place is uncomfortable, stupid music, flies are flying, they look like the staff. the staff is inattentive to customers, throwing products to customers on the table like a rugby ball. I waited for my order in the Dordash service for 20 minutes. when I called the manager and said that I would write a review about their establishment, she just agreed that they were terrible and said thank you. Well, in general, I strongly do not recommend it. go around / avoid. since what you will encounter is that during rush hour, there will simply be no parking spaces. enjoy your meal.

Disappointed. Came for the protein latte (only thing I will drink for Starbucks). I ordered the vanilla cold foam protein latte and it came with basically no cold foam and the drink is also completely wrong lol. I get the same thing every day and I hate coming back to places to complain so I won’t be back after this :/

By far the best experience at a Starbucks (and specifically this one) I’ve ever had. The team was nice, the woman working the cash register was in charge I believe and she was so kind, informative, and calm. They really have it together here. Also, my beverage is definitely photo worthy ☺️

Friendly, efficient, and professional staff. Visited this location during peak morning rush and the staff handled my order with ease. The location is ideal for the large office buildings in the area. Will definitely be visiting again.

Nothing against the coffee or product itself but it feels like the building maintenance is neglected. On the drive through sign one of the “f” has been missing for over a year now and nothing seems to be done about it. Unless it is intentionally spelled “Starbucks Co Fee” instead of “Starbucks coffee” I think it should have been fixed instantly. It makes me wonder why are owners/managers not bothered by presentability/appearance issues…
