I love Starbucks but this is one of the SLOWEST drive thrus. Doesn’t matter what time of day I come it’s always a long wait. I will often drive to a farther location just so I don’t have to wait. It’s a bummer that the order ahead feature is often turned off so I can’t even place a mobile order for pick up to prevent a long wait.
Staff is very friendly but it feels like they are short staffed all of the time.

I don’t believe they’re adequately staffed. Whether that has to do with amount of staff, skill set, or both. There’s just not enough to keep up with the amount of people that go to this one. The pick up time is extremely unreliable due to this as well. You should not go here if you have somewhere to be. I avoid this location when I can.

I try to go to this location everyday. Employees are awesome Cassie in particular. However, they are never open anymore. Come on! End up

At first it was ok someone greeted me as I came in. Asked a cashier a question politely about wait time. She gave me a horrible not friendly attitude and said “would I know? Go ask someone down there.” She rolled her eyes and walked away, even though there was a line behind me still. I just left without putting in an order cause I couldn’t believe how she treated a customer. Probably won’t come back to this store again sadly.

Why are they closed all day Wednesday now and they close at noon almost everyday? This makes no sense. I’ve never seen a location with these hours. They desperately need better management and more staff. Maybe if Starbucks in general paid their baristas a decent wage and didn’t overwork them they’d actually be able to find staffing. Please go to a different location or try another coffee chain.
