I come in about twice a week and as a few workers are nice, majority are very rude. They pour their shots over ice and the syrup (so it doesn’t end up mixing in). It ends up being a watered down coffee. There was a blonde haired girl (I didn’t get her name, but I will) who brought me my drinks. I mentioned that the white chocolate wasn’t mixed in. She ended up getting attitude and asked in a snarky voice “should I just swirl it?” I had her and it mixed for a second, but soon after separated. Very disappointed in their service.

WHERE’S THE CARAMEL??? As you can see in one of my pics I ordered a Caramel Macchiato extra caramel. No caramel in there. I would have gone back but left my coffee in my car to cool while I went to shop. Half hour later I drank some and no yummy caramel flavor The customer service was fast and pleasant. They were a little busy in the drive through. The seating area is big, clean, organized and seating for wheelchair. I was here today,Saturday 10/26/24 just before 9am. I’ll wait a while before I go back.

Got my drink and had went home didn’t drink right away because I was waiting for it to cool. Got home and realized it felt light took off the lid and found they only filled it about 2/3 full! Quite disappointed and was not worth my $7.25

Went through the drive thru to order drinks, and while ordering my friend and I could hear another worker in the back talking through their headset about how disgusting our drinks sounded, and how the employee helping us should turn on the camera so she could stare at us. The other employee that was helping us was rushing even though it was only 6 pm. This is not the first time my friend and I have been rushed or been treated rudely by the staff here, and one particular employee always seems to be the issue.

One employee was very rude and making snarky comments in the drive thru. Specially someone named max was unkind and uninterested in helping us. We had questions about separate orders at the drive thru and another employee was able to happily answer our questions without being rude!

I love the atmosphere of this store! Whenever I am in a hurry for work they always get me my drink very fast through the drive through. 10/10 recommend.

They are having a clearance sale for some of the cups and mugs currently.
They were super patient with my ridiculousness of being slow to reload my Starbucks app for payment. Ha.
The restaurant was slow, so they were cleaning and sanitizing. Going through checklists to make sure proper food safety was happening for cooking equipment and counters.
Fast forward a bit later..They had to dump all of the food from the pastry case and sanitize it since a fly had entered the case.
100% exciting to see a group so proactive and committed to keeping everyone healthy.
I mean… all restaurants should.. but we know they sometimes cut corners… not this group. They are amazing.

It’s such a cute new interior that’s perfect for studying! The staff are kind and you can tell they are a fun team, but it isn’t too distracting. The drinks are always delicious and made perfectly!

From a former Starbucks employee, I know how cold foam works and the system. All of my orders always come out wrong, they don’t even add the sea salt and pumps of caramel before blending it (5 times I have visited here) and I have repeatedly asked them politely to please add the extra when I paid for it. It comes out super watery and not fluffy like a cold foam should. This last visit on Saturday will definitely be my last, it’s very upsetting. The first photo is from the Buffalo drive-thru and the second is today’s with the same order at MOA, both mobile order so of course I didn’t tell them how to make it. It just shows that this location does not know how to make their drinks at all and just rather argue with me.
