i placed a mobile order at about 7:25 & it was said to be ready at 7:32. i showed up at 7:39 & it wasn’t ready. i received one item at 7:43 & was told the drink would be right out. 6 minutes later she asked me what my drink was & i told her & was told she has set it aside because they were out of protein milk. a simple question of what my order was or any form of communication to figure out why i was standing there for 15 minutes in an empty store would’ve made a difference. i’m not upset they were out of the item i ordered im upset at how long it took to be handled while watching everyone in the drive through fly by

The people who work at this location have HORRIBLE attitudes. I felt so talked down to today and the level of entitlement the staff have is really an ick.

If you’re looking to sit down for your $9 cup of coffee, this location isn’t it. It’s small and the layout makes it feel congested. It’s also really loud and the overall ambiance is cold and uninviting. It’s not the typical Starbucks store.

ALSO… I question the cleanliness of this location. I’m not sure when the last time they cleaned their ovens were, but my cheese danish today smelt and tasted like a burnt hot dog (likely from bacon or some other meat from their hot items), but it was gross and off-putting.

Was there for a strawberry açaí lemonade. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get my drink through drive thru. When I got my drink I knew it was going to be bad and tried it and it tasted like water. I went inside to get it re done and they gave me the same exact thing when I had already showed them how the first one looked like. The guy who was making the drinks was rude to another customer so I didn’t want to argue and went to the Starbucks by cub food in maple grove and asked if they could fix them and they kindly did. I added picture of the first drink they made and on another picture is the second drink they made with the one the other location made for me.

Got a viente mocha this morning and the cup and top where not quality! Ended up having about 1/4-1/3 of it spill all over my truck can when I lifted it out of my cup holder. The top popped off and it ended up making a mess. Luckily I had lots of napkins in my vehicle to sop up the mess.
Now I am stopped in Eau Claire at caribou. Hoping they make a cup that will work as expected and I get what I paid for instead of a big mess!!!

Went through the drive through, ordered 2 drinks for $9, after paying I realized the worker self tipped $5 and didn’t say anything. Absolutely unacceptable service. Who knows how many other people she’s done this too.

I mobile order all the time . I seen on the app today was red reusable cup day, order a drink and get one . So I ordered thinking I would get the cup , turns out it was only on specific drinks . Wow … so no red cup. Guess you gotta read the fine print. What a bummer

I want to start by writing, I appreciate the employees who show up to this Starbucks everyday and do a great job…..my problem is this Starbucks is always understaffed. If you are heading to this Starbucks on a weekend afternoon there is a chance they closed early due to staffing issues. When I order coffee ahead at 6:30am many of times there is a note on the door that mobile order ahead orders need to be picked up through the drive through lane because the inside is closed due to staffing issues.
When the inside is open, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or so for your mobile order because again they are under staffed.
Again, a huge shoutout to those who come to work but a heads up to customers the inside maybe closed (that would be nice to know when placing a mobile order) or if the inside is open your drink may take a while so if you are in a hurry, pick a different Starbucks.

SLOWEST Starbucks in the cities. I have been here 2 times recently and both times patrons who have ordered at the counter received their drinks and left before my mobile order was ready. I checked the timestamp on the other patrons drinks and they ordered at 10:11 and were gone by 10:16. My timestamp was 10:05 and I didn’t receive my complete order until 10:25. I will be calling corporate for a full refund. Totally pointless to have a mobile order system with the speed of this store.
