This is a fine Starbucks. They have a large seating area with plenty of plugins.
It looks like a lot more of their processes are getting automated but my coffee was good.
The baristas were nice.

I’ve been there three times and both times they have got my order wrong even when I’m very clear, when I got my drink I tried to say that’s not what I ordered and get it fixed and they were very rude and told me to leave. I know exactly what I said because I ordered it off a text and it was still wrong. Horrible service

The butter croissant and the impossible breakfast sandwich were out of stock, so I ordered the spinach feta egg white wrap. After waiting in the drive thru lane for a LONG TIME, the Americano cup was handed to me spilling and wet. We asked for napkins to clean the hot coffee so I’m able to hold the cup safely. Then the lady at the drive thru window told us that they ran out of the spinach feta wrap as well after we paid for it. We ended up canceling the order and paying only for the coffee!! I waited that long to get a bite because I need to take my meds with food, but after all that wait, I had to go somewhere else!! Got so excited to learn about a new Starbucks opening, but disappointed by my experience at this branch.

Great friendly people here. The neighborhood needed this location. Regarding some of the other reviews, I’m sure those people have made a few mistakes at their jobs too. I’ve learned it’s bound to happen anywhere we go. What matters is they are given an opportunity to make it right for you. We’re all human. We all have our off moments. I enjoyed my visit there today. Gave my order same thing for 15 years to the girl (Grey) through the drive through only to be corrected to what she wanted it to be. Asked for extra shot and no whip quite simple, ordered one drink. I have no idea what I got it wasn’t what I ordered waste of money went right into the trash. I just wanted a frap with no whip and a extra shot
