I can’t believe how much this location has gone downhill. I come here every day, and the quality has become horrible. Just look at my drink — it’s practically all milk. It looks gross.
They were busy, but that’s no excuse. Like another customer said, I’m tired of asking for my order to be fixed. The staff look absolutely miserable, and the customer experience reflects it. If you can’t take pride in the job, maybe it’s time to consider something different.

Against my better judgement, I love Starbucks. This store, in the morning, is always packed with waiting pick-up orders. I placed MY pick-up order 10 minutes in advance and still had to wait 10 minutes. And I often choose a personal cup which is then overlooked and I get a disposable cup to throw away. The drinks are usually great (sometimes missing one small modification) so I’m not complaining about the product.
I want to celebrate the teams. I believe they are working as hard and fast as they can in these rushes. I just assume the volume of orders, especially families with multiple, complicated items is higher per-capita at that location.
And while the “new” store is beautiful and cozy, the chronic crowd of waiting patrons is a turn off to want to sit there.
I applaud the teams for keeping their cool and working together so well. I just wish their system allowed them to breathe in those times. Turn off the order-ahead for a few minutes periodically to slow the pace? Our post-COVID dependence on convenience systems are a blessing and a curse. Glad I’m not in charge!

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru today (not the first time). Staff is consistently rude, one woman in particular. Apparently politely inquiring where the second drink in your order is after the first one had been ready for 15 mins is an annoyance that deserves an eye roll.

It’s the closest starbucks to us and really convenient for a walk but will go to Caribou instead going forward. This location is usually dirtier than most, but today they were clearly understaffed and the place was filthy. A sign was on the register saying only online or drive through available and the trash was overflowing. We left without ordering. Really a bummer

Both times I requested no whip. It even says on the sticker and I still get whip. It has happened to me more than twice and as you can see the one on the right is bright in color. Where is the chocolate! Taste very milky. I didn’t order milk with very chunky ice! There is no consistency on how the drinks are prepared. The same drink taste different every time.

I think the coffee is excellent. Not so much for their food items. Pleasant and efficient service. Clean and bright surroundings. But I’m not just old fashioned, I’m actually old. My perfect coffee shop would be a little quieter and cozier.

Card reader not working or app not allowed for 2.5 weeks – never give sleeves on Venti hot drinks – at least Caribou has me covered. I have tried to get resolution/correction from management when NOT allowed to use their form of payment. Starbucks 3rd quarter earnings report dismal at best and this is their strategy for retaining loyal customers

Went to Starbucks and my sister wanted a Venti, but the lady didn’t listen and gave her a grande. And she wanted it to go because we were leaving, but they gave her a stay cup. My sister went up there to try to have the things changed. They gave her a to go cup, but did not change her drink to a Venti. The workers all rolled their eyes and were very rude when we asked. I also bought a gift card for a friend and She never gave it back to me so when I went up to the counter again, she gave it to me, but rolled her Eyes again!

I come to this store almost every morning as it’s right by my house and it’s never the same. The quality has been trash! The staff are either friendly or completely look like they hate their job. I’ve had to come back multiple times to have my order fixed but some days I just can’t because I’m in a rush. It’s basically come to the point of not even going to this store because it’s a waste of my money to get a drink that’s below par in quality and or not even what I ordered. If you have other options, go to another Starbucks.
