Wonderful seating. Super friendly staff that actually takes times to make your drink right. 10/10 even during a rush time. Parking can be a little tricky because of the drive thru but there is plenty of spaces nearby with Hy-Vee.

I consistently get sub par (at best) drinks at this location and they are constantly out of things the app allows me to order. But mostly, stop being so lazy. This latte came this way- I didn’t drink out of it. And it has extra ice. So once they put the ice in and still had a hunch of room, maybe add more milk because it doesn’t taste right and also, as expensive as these drinks are- fill them! It’s just laziness and lack of caring to make sure things are done well. Unless I’m stuck, I much prefer the Cliff location or the Blue Gentian Rd locations. Their drinks are consistently good. Do better.

In general starbucks is fine but this store in particular is outstanding. Drive thru line could be around the block and you will still be to work on time they are so fast! The employees are patient, friendly, and happy to give suggestions. This is where I go now, and its all because these particular employees.

This might be the first review I have ever written, but this experience truly deserves 5 stars.

I spent half a day at this Starbucks yesterday (Thursday, September 5th, 2025), and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

The customer service was exceptional. My drink was made quickly and delivered directly to my table, no name called out, no confusion. Multiple employees checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. At one point, someone came around with a tray of waters, offering them to all the customers. When I finished my drink, an employee cleared my table and asked if I’d like another water, then brought me a fresh one in a larger cup.

Every team member working that day showed not only hard work but genuine kindness. Whoever is managing this location, give these employees a raise (or at least a bonus!!!). They’ve set the bar high. I was beyond impressed!

Dear Starbucks team,
I was really excited about the new limited glass bear cup release, but unfortunately, they were sold out early in the morning in all nearby stores (Eagan, MN).
I was very disappointed, as I’m a loyal customer and collect Starbucks cups from every special edition.
Could you please let me know if there will be another release or a way to purchase one online?

I placed a mobile order from the 5 below lot, jumped lots, and informed the person through the drive thru I had just placed it. I didn’t inform him of this so he could tell me “We ask you to wait so you’re not sitting at OUR window.” I told him so he wasnt seeking my coffee at the counter. Idda had to wait at your window even if I didn’t mobile order yea? I mobile because I have a toddler and I don’t want to be trying to communicate my order through my children. Huge eye roll.

I ordered for pick up on the app, I was picking up for a meeting and got to the store with all the doors locked and only a drive thru line available. I called the store twice and got through to be told I had to wait in line which made me very late. Everyone was nice to work wkfh but please update your app if you don’t do pick up so I’m not so so late for things.

Ignored my order for one whole hour before canceling it after 2 drivers showed up trying to pick up. I didnt get to eat lunch because they didnt shut off ordering and they didnt cancel in a timely manner to make adjustments.

So first of all, I love this place. The lobby is large and modern, the staff are friendly, and this is just my favorite coffee shop in Eagan (and beyond). However I have to knock off a star because it’s impossible to know when they are open – the hours for drive thru and dining room change weekly. I know this is mostly out of their control because of staffing shortages but it’s definitely frustrating for all involved. Also, because they have new folks working I’ve had my order made wrong a few times. I’ll never complain to them or ask them to make it again because I get that they are new but I want others to be aware.

Best of luck finding more staff and getting things back to to normal again.
