Asked the guy if he was ready many times and finally he was, poor communication but super quick interaction. Asked for blackberry not dragon fruit, I also suggest you guys take this drink off the menu it’s honestly the worst refreshers on there! went through the drive thru and asked for DAIRY FREE sweet cream cold foam. I’m severely allergic to dairy. After i drank half of the drink, i looked at the label because something tasted off. Turns out it has normal cold foam with DAIRY in it. Very angry and will not be coming to this location again. Do better. You could’ve costed me my life.

I went in to order and wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged, I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 10 mins, I got sick of standing there so I left and ordered on the app. Mind you, there were 4 people working, one doing the drive thru, one making drinks, and the other two doing nothing. I want to love this location because it’s so convenient to me, but it’s consistently disappointing. I usually place mobile orders, yet I am still stuck at the drive thru window waiting for 5+ minutes every time. And somehow when my cold drink is handed to me it’s always melted or dripping with condensation like it’s been prepared and just sitting there the whole time. This morning I ordered a strawberry crème Frappuccino and after my long wait was handed a leaking soupy mess of a drink. The staff is friendly enough but there really needs to be increased training of some sort because it’s probably the least reliable Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited. From now on I’ll go out of my way to get my Starbucks from the other locations in town.

I have went here many times and they make my drink wrong every time. They don’t pay attention to the ingredients that go in it. Your lactose intolerantand ask for oat milk and no whip cream and you watch them make your drink with whole milk and put whip cream on top. They give it to you and when you tell them they are wrong and to look at the ticket, they get an attitude!!!! For what?! If I could upload a picture of my drink to show yall, I would!

I went and got a berry parfait for my wife today that’s all I got. After I left I saw how much I was charged and thought that looks a little high. So I checked the website for the store for the price of then parfait. It was 2 dollars less than what I paid so she took my card and gave herself a 2 dollar tip without even asking if I would like to tip or not. I say be careful if you go through the drive thru there and check how much the stuff costs.

Took the workers 20 minutes to make 1 drink. We were the only people there including inside and drive through. They did not care that going so slow. I was extremely late to the event I had after. DO NOT GO HERE. The Starbucks right down the rode is wonderful
