Drinks are always a hit or hard miss. I’ve ordered the same drink two days in a row with strawberry puree and keep getting some nasty crusty strawberry stuff that doesn’t even look edible.

Barista here, the guy seemed sweet. I had ordered the new Ice Banana Bread Matcha and I didn’t get the banana cold foam or oat milk that I asked for. 🙁 The matcha it self tasted almost chalky and not mixed well.

I have been coming here for years. They are extremely fast and efficient here. Their crew is awesome and friendly.
They rarely make an error and if they do they will offer to remake your drink typically letting you keep the wrong one. Forest Lake has one of the best crews I have ever seen.

Stopped here yesterday to pick up a couple coffees in the drive thru and it took forever. The car in front of me decided to have what looked like an extended conversation with their friends who work there – for 5 minutes. I guess bad luck in my timing but something to be aware of.

forest lake needs to put in another starbucks. the drive thru line was nearly out into the main street. mobile orders took 30+ minutes. seems like whenever i go, they are always swamped. i feel terrible for the workers there.

Went thru the drove thru about 10:30am and received the WORST service I have received in a long long time. Guy was super rude and unfriendly. I even gave a tip and he couldn’t even so much as say thank you or smile. Just rotten. I’d rather take my business to the Starbucks in Target down the road. You might want to re think who’s working the drive thru taking orders because that guy is not it.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! Every time I order here I never get what I put in the app. The shots are always bad and I ordered a topping and paid for it, but never got it on the drink. The people in the drive thru could converse better with customers.

WOW. On Wednesday 8/20, I was standing, waiting for my order. I watched a woman walk in:
1. She grabbed her to go order
2. Walked out and got into her car
3. Take a sip as she walked back in
4. Get the right order and leave
5. She left the wrong one on the counter, in the same spot
THE WRONG ORDER SHE HAD TAKEN A SIP OF!
There were two staff members who were standing together. I had to explain what happened four times. One got really snarky and said, “That happens all the time.”
I told them I would wait to share this with the individual who would be picking up their order, to be sure they knew someone had already drank from it.
One of the staff got snarky, grabbed the cup and told the other, “Just remake it.”
My chai was fine, a little different than usual but still good. If I hadn’t been meeting someone, I would have left. The whole experience clouded mine.
