They didn’t have what I wanted on the menu so they improvised and made me a large white mocha blended. They were friendly and professional.

Although maybe they could clean their equipment better, I did taste a hint of pumkin spice which I can’t stand.

But over all I guve a 5 star for going above and beyond.

Not sure why this Bucks is rated at a 3.5.

Staff was amazing and so helpful- all at 5:45 in the morning. Food came out perfectly cooked and my Chestnut Praline latte was the bomb dot com!

The vibe of the coworkers and the classic elegant vibe of a Starbucks made the perfect working environment for my morning work. They even knew the locals that visited by name which made my heart melt.

My wife gets a strawberry refresher every time. Each time she requests it’s made with water and no lemonade through the app.

Over half the time they make it with lemonade anyway. They need to work on reading the order/labels.

I got three drinks this morning and the other two were fine, no issues. The young woman at the drive thru hands me my iced blonde vanilla latte and the cup is not even full. It looks like someone took a drink out of it. I asked why it wasn’t full and she said “It’s because you ordered it without ice and depending on who is making it that’s what you get, I’m sorry, I hope you have a nice day.”

I usually have no issues with this location because it’s super close to my apartment, but after this I think I will be taking my money elsewhere and making the drive to another location.
