Honestly just disappointed. Ordered the new cannon ball drink but they either forgot or didnt have dragon fruit so just gave me a strawberry lemonade basically. Last time I got it it was good tho. But most of my drinks get messed up so probably taking a break for a bit.

The workers here are extremely well-trained and efficient. Yes, there are busy times, but they do the best they can. The store is clean and the district manager was changing the light bulb on a step ladder this morning. Dedication!
Warning: if you walk into a Starbucks on Red Cup Day or on a Saturday at peak, you WILL have to wait a while for your drink. Consider using the app and doing a mobile order.

I ordered 2 very simple hot chocolates inside. And have no problem waiting for the person in front of me. Its been 20+ minutes and the employees are very focused on making drive thru orders which is fine but when I went for a smoke and my partner was still waiting. I watched a car go to drive thru after I came back in the person was already getting there order made and they left before I had even received mine. When I am patiently waiting.

I had a fabulous interaction this morning with the morning crew baristas…I had placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from college and had accidentally selected the location on Pioneer road instead of Johnson Street. However, I didn’t know I made this mistake until I was at the Johnson Street location and providing the name of my mobile order in the drive-thru. Once I realized what happened I explained that I was at the wrong location and apologized. While pinching myself for this simple mistake and wondering how I would get out of the drive-thru line, the barista didn’t even hesitate to offer to make my exact drink at their location for no-cost. In addition, the barista had a great attitude about this and reassured me that it was no problem and that she was happy to make my drink at this location. I can’t describe how amazing of an experience this was for me. This saved me from having to drive 10 minutes to the location I had originally sent my drink to. I then called the location that I had originally sent my drink to and explained that they could enjoy my drink due to me going to the wrong location. I also wanted to call out how timely the service was, especially at 6:40am! This crew was awesome. Thank you Starbucks!

So the food is usually pretty tasty and fresh. The bacon is usually pretty gross tho so I always ask for them to remove it and then i put my own bacon on at home. Win win in my book. So this seriously pains me to give 3 stars… Their service is usually really fantastic. Great attitudes, kindness, food is great, bakery- amazing, drinks- tasty. Only gripe i usually have is that when i get the breakfast sandwiches they are on their sides and everything tends to slide off by the time I get home. Today I ordered thru the app and picked up. Then I smelled the bacon. I double checked my receipt and the tag on the outside of each of the breakfast sandwiches. They all say no meat. However, each was layered in chewy bacon. I took off the bacon which took off the gouda cheese 🙁 SOO i stopped at the grocery store and bought gouda cheese. Which is not cheap. Accidents happen but come on y’all. 3 sandwiches that said no meat and no one caught it?

I pay $6 for a Tea based drink, where I’m upcharged 20% for requesting no water.
Even after being charged an additional 20% for no water, the drink is always visibly watered down and tastes like water. When I ask the staff why it looks/tastes like the drink is primarily water – they tell me I’m wrong.
As a person who uses mobile order and doesn’t witness her drink being made, It’s frustrating being lied to simply because they feel they can.
I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for anything at this location.

First time at this location! Met a young person who was training at drive thru…Alana?….and she was absolutely lovely. I don’t get to Starbucks very often so she had suggestions for me when I told her I didn’t know what to order. Her smile at the drive-thru window made my day. I will definitely be back. Oh and the drink she suggested was an iced white chocolate mocha. It was amazing

I don’t get the 1 star reviews. This is the friendliest, most amazing Starbucks we have ever visited and that is all thanks to Raquel, their newest manager. Thank you so much Raquel. You have made customers for life. She loves trying and suggesting new menu items and they all have been terrific. We will see you soon!!!

I came here on my first time going through a drive thru and they were so sweet and so kind. They gave me two free cake pops, and wrote “you’re doing great!” With a heart on the side. I usually go to this one because it’s closest to my house. But I just wanted to let this Starbucks know that they are very good and I appreciate every worker.
