To be clear – I’ve had no issue with the customer service or the drinks. I visited this starbucks over holiday break & sat in the establishment for a period of time working.
The manager (or whoever he is) Chad I watched sit there and relentlessly bark out orders to the staff as he sat there and did absolutely nothing. He speaks orders to them as if the other employees are incompetent. For example to two of the employees he yells across the establishment “hey make sure we are listening and using our ears for ….”. He also checks everything each person does looking for problems with it.
Again I have zero problems with any of my service – but it is disappointing and distasteful to watch someone stand there and arrogantly bark out orders as if he is above/ better than anyone else there.

The drinks are never made consistently the same at this location. I order the exact same drink at every location I go to and this one does not make drinks according to recipes. It is super disappointing considering it is close and convenient. I guess I expect better quality and consistency if I am spending $9.00 on a single beverage.

Loose lid on order I was delivering, as you will see half a drink soaked through the bag onto my seat. I was very cordial requesting new drinks when I got back to Starbucks, nobody said sorry or showed any empathy whatsoever. The sides of the bags are completely dry and the bottom is soaked so as you can see it wasn’t like the drinks were on their sides or anything.

I don’t typically expect a chain stop like Starbucks to offer a personal touch to their service. High volume with a quick turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinary employee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the food items to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feel rushed. Her recommendation on a coffee choice has given me a new favorite and a reason to come back to this site.

Delicious drinks as expected. Past couple of times I went through drive thru the workers were quite rude. I told them at the drive through that I was using my app for whatever coupon or promotion I had those times. They seemed to understand but when I reached the pick-up window they were confused and told me that next time I had to tell them that I was going to use something off my app. Happening once or twice I can handle but it’s the third time where they have said the exact same thing. I have worked customer service multiple times and I have always been told that you should never tell the customer what to do or that they did something wrong. Even if they are wrong you have to go with “the customer is always right”. Calm and clean atmosphere in the inside so I would suggest to order inside or order on the app to pick up in the store. I tried picking up my order through the drive thru window and I guess when the app tells you that it is done it’s not actually done. People at the window didn’t appreciate me picking up my pick-up at the drive thru. Even though it’s an option. Anyway either go inside or go to a different Starbucks if you don’t want people to be rude towards you.
