The girls on the morning crew always happy always smiling and makes it so comfortable to be in there 🙂 thanks morning crew Im sure I will see you gals alot!! Rice Lake Starbucks is hands down my favorite location. The employees here are truly PHENOMENAL every single time I walk in or pull up they’re friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. They always make my drink perfectly, honestly even better than I could ever expect. My drinks hit everyyyy time!!! And I lowkey ask too much sometimes. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in every drink EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m genuinely obsessed with this location. It’s my go-to, my favorite and I always drive away so impressed. Literally 10/10 store, EMPLOYEES and product.

The staff were friendly and quick. They did mess up one of our drinks and we had to go back to get the correct drink which we were not thrilled about (we were already a couple of minutes away). However, once we got our correct drinks, they tasted amazing.

I’m a bit in the middle on my experience. I’ve been to this location many times and half my drinks are good and half are terrible. Most the time I order the same drink. I get variations of it each time unfortunately. This time I tried the summer berry drink. It was pretty good but the flavor wasn’t strong enough. Being my first time trying, I have no idea if it was made accurately. Most of the reviews of staff treating you like you’re an annoyance, I’d say are pretty spot on. If it’s something easy, they treat you better, but once you add to stuff to drinks, they get annoyed quickly. I don’t add a lot, some drizzle or whip cream but it’s an issue I guess.

I went trough the drive thru to get a coffee for my wife, they gave me the wrong order, I went to my house and of course I came back to change the order and In my way to Starbucks a car crashed me right in front of Starbucks. My car was totaled, and I loved that car. Everything started with a Starbucks error. Never going again. | I came back two years later, the service, the food, the facility and the staff are excellent! Great improvement.

Rice Lake location is the worst. Always out of stuff, drinks are never the same 2 times in a row, when I ask for line the cup with caramel and add caramel drizzle and I’m paying for it and don’t receive it time after time I get very annoyed. This has never happened at any other location I have been to. Management here is not doing their job correctly. Can’t wait for dunkin to open so I can actually get what I order.

They don’t make drinks right. Tell me how the drink I have gotten since 2006 and tastes relatively the same at every other store comes out looking like white mocha sauce in a cup of ice milk with NO coffee color? And after getting this non coffee version after asking them three times at the window “Are you sure this has espresso in it? It doesn’t taste like it.” like 6-10 times Starbucks gave me a whole TEN DOLLARS CREDIT! Look at this drink. Can you see any coffee in it? Also don’t bother adding Carmel drizzle or anything special because you will pay for it and never get it. They just don’t care. I have added it in and out of 10 times I ordered I didn’t get it all 10 times.
How is this a White mocha with three shots in it?
Not only that but at times it’s closed at 4pm on a random Saturday. It’s a small town and good help is hard to find I get it, but something is going wrong for you to be out of everything consistently weekly for months on end.
You guys need to reach out and do something for me because the amount of money I have spent is killing me. Bring in your eau claire store employees to train these folks, they need it.
