The people are nice however, Everytime I go, my drink is made differently. Today I had a guy tell me (after ordering what I always order) that it can be made 3 different ways?? It tastes nothing like it normally does. He asked me to taste it in the drive thru but it’s a hot drink?? So I only got foam and wasn’t about to burn my mouth. I shouldn’t have to taste a piping hot drink before I leave, and definitely not after I pay, to ensure it’s correct. I never complain, and I’m usually not picky but this drink was not even close and I think the whole experience was just wild. I asked for a hot brown sugar espresso with 2 pumps of cinnamon dolce and cinnamon foam. Idk what this is but it’s not that.

the person in the drive thru got mad that i showed up early for my pick up order and told me twice how i should not do that, i didn’t think i would get there early and did not mind waiting i didnt think it was a problem at all then they had someone else bring my drink to me and it had absolutely no coffee in it it’s only milk and syrup and i had also ordered extra espresso so it was very intentional on their part, it was so weird because i didn’t mind waiting or have any problem but the drive thru person was upset about it and then my stuff was made wrong. very weird and very bogus. when you look at it you can see it was made wrong i’ve never seen such a place watered down coffee in my life.

Same as a lot of previous comments. Rude staff. People expect more when they’re paying $7 for a simple drink and then you ask for a tip on top of that (screens just going to ask you a question lol). Just went there 12/14 at 3:30. After I went to the speaker to pick up my mobile order on my way to the window, my daughter asked me if she could get a hot chocolate. So I tried to order it at the window. Heavyset girl just glares at me and tells me to order at the speaker next time. I told her my kid just asked me for one on my way up here, as I expected no response. Just continues glaring and shuts the window. Unbelievable. I was literally the only car at the drive-thru, it makes absolutely no difference if I asked at the window. I used to work at that Starbucks when they were across the street and customer service was our number one priority, and that was before we had four or five different coffee places all within 100 ft of us like they do now. You have stiff competition now and you’re more expensive than every other place. You better step it up. It’s a shame that the level of employee quality has gone down so much in the last several years. To the rude barista, It’s not a difficult concept. If you don’t like your job, go get an education and some skills and then quit. Don’t take your bad attitude out on other people. You don’t have to be there.

Starbucks is generally meh. For some reason my work laptop feels Starbucks wifi isn’t secure. Not just this Starbucks, but all of them. Makes it an inconvenient place to stop for a cup while getting some work done.

Super friendly staff though.

The bathrooms are code-locked, and you have to get an employee to open them (they don’t give you the code). This is a coffee shop. Your main thing is a diuretic. Why are the backrooms on lockdown?
And the bathrooms themselves are completely mid.
I order food/drinks every hour or two whileI study, as a way to “pay my rent” at the table. But having to grab an employee to let me into the bathroom is awkward, and enough of a nuisance that I don’t plan to come back to this location. Bellvue is way better.
Other info: Staff were nice, it has outlets, and a nice patio with an unobstructed view of WI Auto Title Loans.

So disappointed in the lack of quality lately. Twice this week I have had my drink missing nearly a quarter to a third of the cup! These have become an expensive treat and now they are even less worth it when we get shorted so badly.

After pulling into the parking lot and realizing the line was already around the building, I committed to the wait. Surprisingly, it was not very long. The barista took my order and I was at the window in no time. The barista at the window was friendly and personable, and my drink was spot on. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to get through the long line of cars. I’ll stop in again if I’m in the area – who doesn’t love their caffeine?

I’ve stopped here a few times, and every time the line is pretty short, but somehow it takes close to 10 mins to get from the box to the window. I only stop at this store out of convenience of where I am headed, otherwise I wouldn’t stop here. My drink always tastes bad, like it’s full of chemicals. My drink is a Venti Iced White Mocha with caramel syrup and cold foam. Ive ordered at the box and through mobile, as at first I thought maybe it was because the ice melted into the drink and watered it down. But no matter when or how i order it, it still tastes like my drink was sprayed with chemicals. They probably are not cleaning their ice machine correctly, I would not recommend this store for iced beverages.
