Unexpectedly in the area for work and I decided to treat myself to a frappuccino. The girls were SO nice and cheerful. Cashier took my order and while I was waiting, the manager offered me some free drinks they had mixed and tried. I bought 1 drink and got 2 FREE! What a great day!

I’ve been there twice this week and both times my drink as been wrong. They gave me the coffee frappé rather then the cream base one. So now I’m out 11 bucks. Those drinks aren’t cheap. It was written down as well on a online order.

I asked cashier for a large decaf white Mocha, and 1 medium regular white Mocha and 1 medium pink drink…… then Cashier asked me what cup size is which… I’m like well the large is the biggest one you got, yes? Medium is the next biggest and he looked at me doub founded. I was confused how one couldn’t understand that large ment the biggest cup and medium is the middle size…. anyways they gave us regular coffee instead of decaf and a small pink drink…..
