I understand busy hours and rushing but to give cracked cups to customers through the drive thru is just poor practice. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. The fact I now have to detail the inside of my car because my drink is pouring out the side of this cup is ridiculous. It’s poor quality control on the employees end to just rush it off and put it in a drink carrier asap. I’ll take my business elsewhere possiblely even Dunkin if the extra 30 seconds to ensure quality is to much for this location.

They were very slow today, which no big deal when they are busy but they weren’t hardly busy at all. Then I ordered a venti blonde double shot Expresso over ice. This is what I received. (No I I didn’t drink any yet, this cup was 80% empty when I got it!) Then the straw was broken on top of it! Not your best move starbucks! Employees need better training! Not their fault but don’t let them go on their own if they aren’t ready yet!

Went to get my morning cold brew , like I always do every single morning. Well.. this morning..a very rude male employee was working. ( around 8 am). The worst cold brew I’ve ever had. There was more foam than cold brew coffee. Doesn’t taste like cold brew nor does it look like cold brew. And yes.. I let it sit for a while .. still horrible.

I love this location. I always have problems with other locations letting the expresso expire before adding it to the milk. Which causes the drink to taste bitter. But I have never had that problem here. My coffee always has a clean and smooth flavor. This is my favorite!!!

Super busy and not best costumer service. They change it from 2 restrooms to one and to be only for customers. So if you need to use the restroom need to get 6-7 dollars milk with ice and shot of espresso. This is the most overrated place that exist on earth . How people still fall for that ?! Really not sure . It as a coffee shop . But for rich people I guess . I would never come back after this time here . Sorry but not feeling welcome . Of the drinks were amazing I would may be stop ones in a while . But honestly it is so unimpressive…

I’ve never had my order wrong at this location. Their mobile ordering never goes down unlike others in the GB area. The line always moves fast so don’t let that scare you off! Sometimes we drive to this location even though 2 others are closer to our house!
