I ran by after a movie today at 5:45 (it’s a Sunday) and the place was closed. If you check their hours, their supposed to be open. Seriously, if your going to be closed, update your hours.

I went to this location to pick up 2 mobile orders through the drive thru, one of which had just been placed a couple minutes prior to arriving. When I got to the ordering kiosk, the guy on the headset told me, “we have one of these ready, but the other looks like it just came in so we might pull you forward since there’s a long queue of mobile orders.” His tone was already seemingly annoyed, which is odd to me because he would not have said that if we placed an order with him instead of ordering ahead.
When we got to the window, the same guy was waiting. He handed us one of the mobile orders and said, “okay go ahead and pull around, or you can come in or something.” I asked where I should park, and he replied with “you can just pull into a spot or something until its ready.”
I pulled around to the first spot I found, which is not an easy task at this location because the parking lot is quite small. When my order was ready, instead of bringing it out, which I assumed they would be doing, the same guy held our drinks up in the air and WAVED for us to come inside. To reiterate, instead of bringing the drinks out for our mobile drive thru order that I should not have had to park for to begin with, he waved at us to get out and come inside to get the order.
I have 8+ years of service experience and I have never seen something so incredibly dehumanizing to a customer. From the start, we were treated like an annoyance for placing a mobile order, and to be waved in like a dog to pick up the order is just unacceptable.

I just wanna talk about the service here. Bella has made a daily amazing experience every time I grab my coffee. It doesn’t matter what mood I am. She instantly greets you with a warm smile and a warm conversation. If you’re ordering to the drive-through, I hope you get Bella.

I like this Starbucks for their food and drinks, and it’s also close to my house. But the service can be good or miss. Some days they talk to me nicely and smile, and other days they’re rude and treat you like you’re nothing. Maybe people just have bad mornings, and I usually don’t pay attention to it. But there was one time when a girl there—I think she was Mexican—was extremely rude to me and literally tossed the food into my car. That was very disrespectful, but thankfully I haven’t seen her again.
The drive-thru can be very slow or sometimes fast. Mostly, you need to wait from 2 to 10 minutes to get your order.
I also noticed that when I’m with my husband and he’s the one ordering, we always get a proper food bag, napkins, and they offer straws. But when I’m alone, they don’t give me any napkins or straws — they just hand me the food in some little bag and that’s it.

Bella, the.charismatic cleaning staff member, was fantastic! This place was clearly meticulously sanitized by a caring staff. The coffee was, as always, perfect! Thanks to all staff. Bella made my experience even more enjoyable ☺️

There were 6 employees behind counter and 2 people waiting for drinks but lots of drinks being made for online orders. When we ordered we were told it would be at least a 30 min wait for our drinks. It’s absolutely ridiculous as a company they prioritize online orders over customer in store. If you can provide timely service to everyone you should limit online orders.

Out of any Starbucks I’ve been to, I’d have to say this was the dirtiest one ever. Had to use the bathroom, and the door doesn’t lock. Service was fast n basic at best. Coffee was the same as any other Starbucks. Won’t be returning here, I suggest trying another location if you really must get your fix, especially if you have to use the bathroom

I always tip but every time I come here which is not often I regret tipping. This probably has to be the worst Starbucks. They forget items and look at you like you’re stupid when you remind them. I never had a positive experience at this location.
