This was my 2nd time ever going to Starbucks. I ordered a sandwich and a large regular coffee. The food was good but small in size. The coffee was also good but not special. For $9, I thought it was a bit pricey. The drive through help were polite. I would return again in the future.

Despite SB being a chain, not everyone makes the drinks correctly. This one does, for sure! Best one on the west side of Madison! But I think other people know it cause it can get super busy and you could be waiting 20-30 for your drink. I usually just order ahead, and it’s almost always ready on time and delish! Plus, it was made correctly 90% of the time, which is more than I can say for the 4 other ones in the area. In their defense, 2 of them are inside stores.

This SB is in severe need of a MANAGER! Complaints have been made by co-workers even my boss spoke to regional MNG. Slow service up to 20-30 min in drive thru with 2-3 cars. Drinks are never made as ordered, which if you add Cold Foam or extra shot if espresso you are charged for that. They do not add, then expect you to deal with it… If you are paying for Add on’s MAKE SURE THEY ARE ADDED! If you ask them to remake the baristas will literally throw a tantrum! This SB is close to my work! I can go to Allen BLVD which is 15 min away and get my order correctly, and faster and get to work quicker then the one 5min away. The Greenway SB is a disaster has been for some time. Complaints are overlooked, no customer service!

Extremely helpful and super kind. Olivia and the closing crew for today were super inviting and electric. I mobile ordered egg nog latte and upon asking her thoughts in it -my brother tried it- wasn’t a fan and we laughed it off altogether. Olivia went out of her way to make us a new drink and just her inviting attitude, kindness and good vibes made our experience awesome.

Not sure if the cashier lady just had a bad day or I got picked on because I’m Asian so she decided to give me some attitude. Come in during morning hours and I had the HARDEST time order a drink in Starbucks EVER. For some reason she couldn’t hear me for anything. For one, never had the voice issue in any other Starbucks before. For two, I increased my volume EveryTime she said she can’t hear. Drink size, extra shoot, less syrup . Each request i need to repeat 2-3 times. I should probable yell at her so she can hear me better. It was way too awkward and uncomfortable. Finally got my drink, but the wrong size (gave me grande vs venti) for correct amount of shot and syrup. How you got wrong the first request but correctly the rest? If you just decided to give me whatever you want why you ask me to repeat?? I said I ordered venti, she said she couldn’t hear me. Ironically she can hear me this time perfectly fine without me repeating 2-3 times. Drink is yummy. Do not recommend order inside.

I’ve had good experiences for the most part. However, there are times they don’t give what I ordered, especially when it’s not free to add ingredients. For example, there were times I didn’t get the sweet cream cold foam, whipped cream or caramel drizzle. This leaves me disappointed. My husband does coffee runs so he picks up the drinks and never look at the label. It’s too much hassle to go back, especially when they are also so busy.

I used to go in person but I’ve had experiences where they completely skipped my orders, and others after me were getting theirs. The baristas are so busy for me to stop them to ask about my order. Sometimes I’d get back in line just to ask the person at the register and sometimes I am able to ask the barista putting the drinks out on the pick up counter. Other than that, the baristas don’t stop for a second to look at me. It gets frustrating. I understand they are busy, but customers also have errands to get to as well. This is why I’d rather place mobile orders and pick up at the drive-thru.

The staff at this location are always so rude and snappy. Arrived 7 minutes after placing a mobile order went to the drive thru and they told me to drive around again since it had only been 3 minutes(actually was 7)..mind you there were no other cars..like what? So I stayed in the drive thru line trying to understand the reasoning for wanting me to drive around and come back once more time passed..with no other cars? Why would I mobile order then? Stop accusing customers for things when really it could also be a system error. Even asking for a straw seems like the end of the world for the staff. Done with this location.

Drive thru is exceptionally slow during busy mornings. Tim Horton’s in Canada always has multiple people managing the drive thru so that most cars take no more than a minute. At this ridiculous site, you can wait 10 minutes for three cars. Hire more staff!

Went through the drive through with my daughter. Got to the window and the total was $17.04. I gave the cashier $20.04, but she did not see the $0.04 until she entered $20 in the register. The cashier gave me back $2.96, and I asked for $3 back (she did not return my 4 cents). She said she could not do that because it would throw the register off. I insisted it wouldn’t but she said it has in the past. When I tried to get a dollar for the .96 +.04, she became upset and told me not to argue with her (still insisting that it would throw the register off because she entered only $20). I took my change and left.
I go to that Starbucks often, and have always had super friendly customer service. I write this in hopes that the management at Starbucks ensures that people running the register understand basic math, and have the patience to listen to the customer. I am guessing the gal is a good person (the line was long, and I am sure she felt pressure), but she should probably not be running the register. Food and drink was good, as usual.
