The men and women at this Starbucks are the nicest people! They were very welcoming and enthusiastic. They went out of their way to bring us our drinks and food. Everyone behind the counter greeted us as we walked in and as we left they all said goodbye.
The food was the basics that Starbucks provides but the experience just made it taste like it was filled with love and gratitude.

You know, it’s hard to find good employees these days and finding one that has foresight is even harder. I ordered my iced quad wrong and she knew what I meant and made it correctly, then made sure I knew to correct it moving forward so I don’t get the wrong drink. I missed her name but she was blonde and running the show!

Matcha Tea is disgusting!! It tastes like the earth itself! 2 sips and it was over. I ❤️ to experiment, but no, nope, and NOPE. On the other hand the Staff was super friendly, helpful, and eager to give recommendations. The cups were 50% off and I got 2 really cute ones to add to the collection. My banana bread was also a winner!

We get a Chai here regularly and it’s never consistent.
This is a HUGE problem with all the Starbucks. We order it the same way every time with extra Chai many of those times it’s just a cup of milk.
If I ask for 8 pumps of Chai (standard is 6) then put 8 full pumps in.
Starbucks has been skimping on the ingredients at every location lately.
THE WHOLE REASON FOR GOING TO A FRANCHISE IS CONSISTENCY!

This was the friendliest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!! We were greeted by name and ice water was brought to our table. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing!!!

The awesome barista was a super great help!!! I had asked for a shot of expresso and she suggested two different kinds. I dont visit Starbucks a lot because I’m a penny pincher. She kindly explained both of them too me. I choose the Blonde shot. She let me try it before I left to make sure I was happy with my choice. Her suggestion was perfect! I’ve never been givin a choice between expresso shots befor. Her suggestion on the blonde shot made my drink SO much better. She even wrote yummy on my cup (I visited the drive thru). I rarely rate places but she really made my day and my future drink better SO much better too. I wish I had gotten her name. I owe her!!

Best service i’ve ever gotten at a starbucks, all the girls were so so nice and the atmosphere was amazing! It wasn’t just one but all of them were so sweet and made sure we got the best experience! Food was good ofc too!!

Typical Starbucks. Love it or hate it, it’s consistently the same. Personally I like a regular hot latte and so that’s what I got. Went through the drive thru. Staff was nice.

Came here right before getting ready for my best friends wedding! We asked if they could write “bride” on her drink & they absolutely outdid themselves! I should also mention the three drinks we did order tasted better than the last few Starbucks drinks I’ve had at other locations. Thank you so much!
