First they forgot half of my mobile order then when I proceeded to ask worker had an attitude. Then gave me my other drink which was light ice and they added extra ice. When I asked if that was light ice very quick answer of yes with yet more attitude. Photo below of my “light ice” drink that I had to pay extra for.

PICK UP ONLY
Wow, this is my second Starbucks in as many days that is pick up only. No tables, no chairs. This one doesn’t even have a bathroom. I think coffee shops have to have bathrooms.
If you need anything more than just a pick me up, go down the street to the other location, which still has bathrooms and tables and chairs.
Otherwise, possibly because there’s no one actually using the space, it’s very clean. Service is efficient, though not warm.

They have improved immensely on personal service for the IN STORE customer. They had a problem with taking care of drive-thru and pick up orders first and leaving us at the counter waiting for well over 25 minutes.

Great service. Always nice and and cheerfull. Had a nice talk with the person at the window while waiting for my drinks. Drinks where very good as well and no mistakes made on the drinks. Usually always a long line and hard to find a parking spot but it’s worth it. Everyone working inside was wearing a mask.

Updated Review – 7/24/23: I am going to use the same acronym I used before about this Starbucks…. FCC! Friendly, Consistent, Convenient. But this time friendly stands out. It was early…. And I was the only one in the drive-thru. The friendly girl at the window talked to me the entire time I was waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. What a great way to start the morning! I highly recommend this Starbucks!
Original Review: I will use an acronym for this Starbucks… FCC. (Friendly, Consistent, Convenient.). We go here all the time. I find it easier if you order ahead on the Starbucks app… and then go in when you get there… but if the line is short, you can also use the drive-thru when you order ahead.

Gisele, working the window, is AMAZING!!! The last few times I have been, she’s always super sweet and personable. Always making conversation, not to minimize awkward silence but because she seems to genuinely care about the costumers. I love starting my days seeing her smiling face!!!

If you need to sit down, you cant. Theres no chairs extremely unfriendly waiting area. The drinks were good and the staff was kind. But absolutely horrible if youre a walk in customer who god forbid needs to sit down while you wait for your drinks. (not disability friendly)

Racine lacks places where we can sit and study or just hang out; and this Starbucks was a convenient location but now they got rid of all seating.
On top of that, check your drinks before you pull away. We mobile ordered a London Fog, and got a cup of just Tea. It happens, but there is a $2 price difference between just tea and a London fog. :/
Just disappointed overall.
