This is a normally very busy place, in the mornings with the drive-thru. Today it was a little later, so not crazy busy. Went inside and got my chai latte, which they did perfectly to my order. Nice job! Sat at a table and read, and it was nicely quiet. Definitely need to time your visits, between rush hour and the high school afternoon rush!

I’ve been to probably 50 different Starbucks locations over the years, and unfortunately this one consistently has the slowest service. Every time I come through the drive-thru, the wait is unusually long — even when there is no one inside the store.
Most recently, I sat as the first car at the speaker for about eight minutes before anyone even took my order. There were six cars lined up behind me, and everyone was clearly wondering what was going on. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. There were two people in the store, sitting & already served. Technology was not down.
I completely understand that places get busy or short-staffed, but the repeated delays are frustrating. I hope management can address whatever is causing the consistent slow service, because it doesn’t match the efficiency I’ve experienced at most other Starbucks locations.

Super slow service… Been coming here for the last few days since my dad is staying at the hospital n the drive thru is extremely slow. Got to the window n the two people are just talking while my drink is sitting there. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first one or two times. But this seems to be happening multiple times. They seriously need to get a faster cashier and person who takes the orders. Or find two that don’t like to talk to each other. I’m again sitting in line right now. 5 cars in front of me and it’s already been 14 minutes n I just got to place an order. Now I wonder how much longer it will take before I get to the window to pay

Went inside because drive through was so long. There was a bunch of flies. Wish I would have stayed in drive because it somehow went faster and I wouldnt have know they had flies crawling on the coffee suplies. Or seen them touching on their faces. So much for my birthday coffee, I don’t even want it.

Honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, and very unfortunately because I live right near it. Was given the wrong drink 2 days in a row in the drive-thru where I can’t have it fixed. And yesterday I ordered on the app about 10 minutes before picking it up in hopes it would actually be ready when I arrive. The drive-thru line was long so I went inside to pickup instead, where my food wasn’t heated yet and the coffee she was “working on right now”. Then I proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes while around 8 other people got their coffees. I finally had to ask (multiple times as they ignored me) if there was a coffee back there for my name yet, which there was and they had just been holding it back there without ever calling out my name or putting the drink out. Was late to work for no reason — thanks!

Sub-par service store. Ordered an iced black tea at 10:08 am, did not receive and waited until asking at 10:25, asked again at 10:30, and finally got it. Was not in a here glass as asked. This is not the first time they have dropped orders for me.

Please see ALL complaints below! They seem to be consistent to what I received. Also complaining to the area manager won’t do anything. She turns off your rewards offers if she gets your email or account number. So be careful here. Or just go somewhere else. Sorry but we all can’t be lying….
