I work near to this location. In fact 5-8 minutes away from it. Sometimes I buy breakfast and coffee here before starting my shift. There are other times that just come here and stay 30 minutes before my shift. Now I usually just sit down and put my things down and then I will buy something. Sometimes I get lost on studying or doing my remote work and I forget about drinking and eating. Today one lady approached me to me, and I seen her before working her and I replied to her good morning. Now I don’t know is appearance or just the fact of not spending money in the business the reason for her to telling me for the first time in a month. “Hey I have to limit the space to customers, so im sorry.” Yes I have a routine and by now she must know it but was if I am waiting for someone or if i am in a meeting before buying something. She will just assume I’m not buying anything. The food and atmosphere is always good here no complaints about that, but please don’t assume what people are going to do. I’m a regular customer of this location, but sometimes I’m just busy with life. Definitely her attitude and face when she spoke to me where not helpful at all. It made it seem like either you spend money or you go or like questioning well do you have money or not? Oh and she’s didn’t move away until I told her oh it’s okay I can buy something. Maybe making sure I will buy something or like I said I have money. I don’t know I guess my question is will she treat other customers like that? What is my time frame to decide if I wanna buy something?

ordered a green tea with peach juice blend , barista gave me peach green tea, which is not what i ordered and have never had an issue with ordering my usual order or the way I order it, well when going back inside the lady was rude on saying she didnt understand what I was saying, she left “corrected” my drink but just added peach juice to the “PEACH green tea” which was supposed to be JUST “green tea with peach juice” not peach green tea with peach juice, every other starbucks i have gone to will remake my order from scratch not modify the one they already messed up on. understandable if workers are overwhelmed but it is a drink I paid for and no need to make me feel dumb on a drink I always order and have never had an issue when ordering it at any other location and I have my mobile app to prove it.

I am speechless. They should really implement a curbside pick up to avoid the hectic drive thru lines. It Isn’t hard putting more people on the schedule to make it possible. I really really recommend people to do the drive to the Starbucks on 27th. Way better service and the presentation is amazing. Not like this joke of a Starbucks.

I placed a pick up order this morning for what I thought was this location but it was actually at another location (this is why I needed caffeine lol). I want to give a huge thank you to the barista that noticed I had been waiting a while and checked on me. He showed me kindness by not making me feel dumber than I already did and he fixed my mistake by remaking my order at this location. Thank you! You made a positive impact on my morning.

Best Starbucks you can find. Not too busy, but not quiet either. Great baristas welcome you will a smile and always make you feel comfortable when stopping by. Some of them even remember your name if you come often enough! I am a morning regular and my drink of choice is the Chai Latte with Honey ☺
