First time at this Starbucks. It’s in a nice location, right off of a busy highway. Big and roomy, lots of different places to sit. They made my special chai latte perfectly. Nice foam 🙂
Fun fact: after using the restroom I could not find the towels or hand dryer. Turns out the dryer is now part of the sink. The 3rd fixture on the right. Ingenious!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The only issue I’ve had lately is that the last two times I’ve ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso, it has been made wrong. It’s mixed together like a latte and there is no flavor to it. The person who is making it like this must not be adding the syrup?

Ordered the Charlie tea today. The person who made my drink placed it hard on the counter with a disgusted look on her face. I got the drink, said thank you. The person refused to make eye contact with me so I said thank you again a little louder, got nothing. As I walked away I said you’re welcome. She turned her head and rolled her eyes. Thanks for showing hate when the country needs so much love right now.

Workers are always staying busy, store is always clean and has a calming atmosphere. My drinks are always done at the time the app estimates and I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the employees. Coming here is always a treat, I’ve always enjoyed business that have employees who are very human. No fake emotions, you can tell when it’s been busy and they are stressed but they never let it stop them from saying have a great day when I say it while exiting the store. I highly suggest this location!

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and is a regular stop for my afternoon Cold Brew. This is a relatively new store and the staff seems to rotate/change frequently, but I’ve enjoyed good service no matter who is on the afternoon shift. It’s difficult to get to this store, because it’s located on the SE side of a busy street, with no traffic lights to assist with the left turn. The most positive part of my regular visits here is that this location has the traditional Starbucks ice, not the new smaller, chewy ice that the company is putting into stores.
