I had the most incredible experience at this Starbucks location yesterday and I am still so grateful. I placed a mobile order and showed up to find my drinks weren’t there. After checking with the baristas and my phone, I realized I had accidentally sent the order to the completely wrong location.
The two women working behind the counter immediately offered to remake my drinks on the spot and insisted it was no trouble at all.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and was trying to surprise three friends with a little morning drink drop off before an appointment. I was already running late and completely overwhelmed. Two of the drinks were for active military friends whose earlier coffee order from another business had been messed up, and the third was for a small business owner friend who has been working so hard growing her team. I just wanted to do something small and kind for them.
Instead, I ended up crying uncontrollably in the middle of Starbucks because apparently 38 week pregnancy hormones are no joke. I even had to excuse myself to the bathroom to pull myself together.
When I came back out, my drinks were ready and the team was nothing but kind, calm, and empathetic. They handled a very emotional, very pregnant customer with so much grace. I explained the hormones had completely taken over and they were still so reassuring and warm.
Those two baristas truly deserve recognition for the way they went above and beyond. I will absolutely be telling everyone about the kindness I experienced and the exceptional service at this location.

I had Kayla at the drive-through window. She was so professional and sweet. The order was on point, and being from Florida, it’s nice to be able to pull up to a random Starbucks here in Wisconsin and have the same-tasting coffee I’m used to at home.

This is a very conveniently located Starbucks! Is so easy to find, and they have plenty of parking. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. The service was fantastic and fast. To me, Starbucks has the best Iced Matcha Chai Latte with stevia and non-fat milk and Matcha Lemonade with a few pumps of classic syrup. Delicious!!!

Okay, it’s the second time I come to this Starbucks location, which is right in the semi truck stop where I stay, because I’m a truck driver. It’s been a long time since my last visit. I could recognize an employee. I guess they don’t like smelly middle age truckers with dirty clothes. Their scheme goes like this: you’re not supposed to look at the workers do their job, like taking off the seal of a fridge, pulling off its tray full of products that will block your sight of the employee, who sprays disinfectant into the fridge, because they’ll accuse you of inappropriate sexual looks, to your surprise, because you’re just sitting on a table on the side of the counter, enjoying the $7 dollars that you spent in a delicious bagel with cream cheese and mint herbal infusion. Be aware, truckers are not welcomed. I don’t know why I’m surprised. It’s Starbucks! By the way, the restroom was clean, but there’s hands’ soap dripping on the wall. It’s been a while since they cleaned it.

Easy to find off I-94. Fast and friendly service. When I went there no wait. I drove up to the drive-thru kiosk…. placed my order…. drove up to the window…. and about a minute later my Flat White coffee was ready. Nice and hot. The best part was… “friendly service with a smile”. I highly recommend this Starbucks location. They have been great every time I go there!

This is the slowest Starbucks in the area. They consistently take longer than the estimated time to make a drink. I have been to other locations that are just as busy and they don’t take as long. I always order ahead and usually do in store pick up and it is still slow. Today I took a chance on the drive thru because the line was only three cars long and watched the barista have a full conversation with the patron in front of me. There are no options for quickening your order at this location.

This location is conveniently located right off the highway! The staff was friendly and accommodating. My initial coffee order was not hot, so they graciously brewed a new pot . The lobby was a little messy and could use a deep clean, other wise it was a decent Starbucks location.
