This is a Starbucks that’s not only just a Starbucks but a Starbucks with great service. A Starbucks with great people. Great baristas great cashiers they know who you are very much like Cheers and it’s wonderful. I love that when I go in the Drive-Thru they they know me so well. They say hi. How are you doing? Very hospitable one time I gotten a drink that that didn’t quite taste right and they fixed it right away. No problems asked, but that’s not what five stars is for the five stars is honestly, because every worker who works there is a rockstar and I hope that upper management of Starbucks see is that Muskego Starbucks is not a corporate coffee place that’s doesn’t have heart this Starbucks for sure. Absolutely 100% has heart.

They recently updated this Starbucks. It’s a nice design, very spacious, and pleasing aesthetics. However, I find that the acoustics are louder than before and its more difficult to have a conversation. This was confirmed with friends on two separate occasions. So unfortunately I am lowering the atmosphere to 3 stars. Coffee shops are usually great places for heart-felt conversations. The noise is a big distraction. 🙁
We like coming to this Starbucks. Nicely located off a bike route. Conveniently located at the intersection of Moreland and Janesville Road, across from a Jetz gas station, and a DQ! Great service, clean facilities. Has the drive through and order ahead options.

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There’s no reason you should ever be trapped in a drive through waiting 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee.
Edited to add. Tried giving them another chance this morning. Been in the drive thru for 22 minutes and counting. NEVER EVER again.

Two days before Christmas guy at the drive through was rude and seemed miserable I understand it’s a busy time and customers can be hard to deal with when working in this industry. I’m a bartender. I get it. But don’t be part of the problem. Sheesh.

The Food and Drinks are really good and most people don’t know there was a house demolished to build the Starbucks. Here is a picture of it from 2007 Google Maps street view. It is cool

Went through the drive thru. I messed up the order that my daughter wanted. The young lady at the window was extremely polite, pleasant & very patient with me! I truly had a better day because she was! She gave me excellent customer service! Furthermore, she went above & beyond what she could have! I’ll be back!

Experience rude comments and rude attitude from a worker who definitely used a fake accent. I find that offensive and rude. Simply asked for some straws and she gave rude attitude and flipped her hand while walking away. Not even a “have a nice day”. Need her out.
