I don’t usually review chains cuz I hardly go to them unless Im in a rush, but this place needs a truthful review to give people a idea of how it really is. So today I ordered something off of each category coffee, lunch and dessert. To start off the coffee was a gingerbread iced latte with almond milk. Well all I got was coffee and almond milk. For the lunch I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini. When I order a sandwich and pay a decent amount for it and its just vegtables mainly I want it filled from one side of the bread to the other side. Sadly this was not the case, what I got was a sandwich filled half way with 3 small tomato chunks and a little spinach. The desert was probably the only thing that was a little satisfying out of everything I ordered but I’d be shocked if you could mess up cream cheese and bread Also I just wanna say just because a place taste plain and looks fancy doesn’t make it delicious.

In addition to this Starbucks usually being out of something, I’m never impressed with their drinks. This matcha latte was poorly mixed and 99% ice. I’m going to try to blend it with my own matcha powder, but I really shouldn’t need to fix a beverage I already paid for. Every so often I’ll branch out and buy coffee for a fun treat, but I’ve been disappointed by this Starbucks (and actually every Starbucks recently) so much lately that I’ve actually learned it’s way cheaper to make the coffee drinks yourself, and they turn out better when you do it that way too.

Nice little Starbucks. I didn’t eat there, but my coffee was good. The location is unfortunate, at the intersection of two busy roads. It can be a wild ride trying to get in and out of the parking lot.

Can I just say how great this Starbucks is. They’re always friendly here I usually know them. I usually order ahead under Trish and they always get it right. The service is fast despite the small parking lot. I wish Starbucks would acquire that building next store and utilize it. It’s just always a great experience.

Drinks are fine, but I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a refresher. If you are heading to class or work like I was don’t stop here before or if you do give them like 30 min for you to get your drink. Worker were nice but extremely slow. The pleasant prairie is the best one in town.
