I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and not only did they forget to even add the pumpkin spice part but it’s not even a full drink. This was the amount I received. And yet my husband got his order of a Trenta- sized iced water correct!

This store needs new management and better training.
I say that because I never have and problems at any other store, and we travel all over the country.
When I would order my grande coffee they would make it and give it right to me but now my wife fell in love with the Strawberry/Acia lemonade. Now when I order a grande coffee and a lemonade refresher they make the coffee and I stand at the end for them to make the lemonade all the other stores do a great job. This store does not and it has happen several times.
Today I went in and ordered a coffee and lemonade and went down to wait, it took longer than usual and they set the lemonade up and turned around. I waited for a while and finally went back up there, the baristas are moving back and forth purposely not making eye contact. After a minute or 2 I said a’hum , and the girl who was standing 2 feet from turned and asked what are you waiting on. I pointed to my coffee and said my coffee that has been sitting over there for a long time.
I get to the car to drive the hour drive home, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee. The problem was the coffee was no longer piping hot and barely hot.
I know it’s just this store as we stop at lots and never have this problem, definitely a leadership problem.

Made my night! Stopped in for a coffee right before closing, and my son asked for a kids hot chocolate. He didn’t quite pronounce it correctly, but the barista wrote his version on the cup. “Hot cha cha”. Such a small gesture, but so thoughtful and heartwarming.

I was there at this Starbucks location, ready to get my red cup. I waited 12 minute’s behind this lady that kept ordering and changing her order. By the time it was my turn to get my white chocolate mocha, the lady at the window said that I could get a red cup because the policy has changed. My order was not hot anymore for all the time the lady took. I was very disappointed to miss this year red cup.

I tried Starbucks’ new seasonal Apple Crisp Iced Chai, and it was amazing! The flavors of crisp apple blended perfectly with the spiced chai, creating a cold yet refreshing taste. The drink was sweet but not overpowering, with a hint of cinnamon that paired beautifully with the apple notes. I was a bit skeptical at first about how apple would mix with chai, but this drink won me over! The barista recommended it with oat milk, which made it extra creamy. It’s the perfect fall treat that’s both cozy and refreshing. Definitely going back for another soon!

Friendly staff, but the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I mean you really have to be neglectful to let it get this way. So the floors were filthy in the food production area and the bathrooms. Now I wouldn’t have cared so much except for the flies. Dozens of flies near the espresso machines, the lobby, and especially inside the food display case. Photos included. Zoom in to see all the flies on every pastry.
I’m not an expert but I’m assuming the fly issue is due to unclean water and floor drains. These are super easy to clean. I can only attribute that to laziness.

There is New Management there. The rude and is trickle down to the other shift managers. This makes companies go broke. Especially my customer complains in there not plaintiff. I watched it happen in front of me today.
August 22nd management has totally improved staff has improved but the outside no Landscaping no garbage can not enough umbrellas grass growing in the cracks parking lot in disarray garbage dumpsters look like ghetto
