I really like the Starbucks location. It was very clean in the inside and the staff was really nice. I got a pumpkin spice chai and it was really good. I also got a Venti Matcha latte and it was also really good. The atmosphere was really good in the inside it was a medium level of noise, but overall it wasn’t that bad. There was very cute cups and they made our drink drinks moderately fast.

Great Starbucks location! The service is always very fast — my beverage was ready quickly even during a busy time. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
It’s a smaller space inside, but that actually makes it feel cozy and comfortable. Perfect spot to grab a coffee and relax for a bit. Definitely one of my favorite locations! ☕️

I want to give a shout out to Victoria and Sierra for exceptional customer service at my visit today.
I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Victoria was working the drive thru today and met me with the friendliest attitude, both at the intercom and the window.
When interactions are so short it can be hard to get a solid impression of someone, but Victoria’s genuinely friendly and positive demeanor shined.
I wanted to email in to the store to leave a compliment to make sure her supervisors would see but couldn’t find it. So I chose to call the store where I spoke with Sierra. I was met with the same friendliness and hospitality. Sierra told me both her store manager and the district manager were in today and she would be thrilled to pass the compliment along.
I work in customer service too and can appreciate how important it is, especially around the holidays and busy seasons, to take time to write a positive review. After speaking with Sierra I decided I should leave a public compliment to give kudos to both employees, and the store. I went at a busy time, so for both of my interactions with the two different employees to have been so hospitable, and for my drink (my favorite of the year! I get a short praline late with two shots of espresso) to be made perfectly, clearly this store is doing something right.

I dont leave many reviews but I have to say this starbucks is very nice. Evey location i go to I order the same thing. I ordered my normal drink one day and it was horrible.It was so foamy, wasn’t filled up all the way, it tasted bad. So anyway, the next day I went back, ordered the same thing. I told the women working about the bad drink experience the day before and she was like “oh im so sorry.” So she gave me the drink that day for free, had me tatse before I left to make sure it was right. She didn’t have to do that but it was so nice and understanding of her. So thank you!

Every time I come here, the workers are so nice, helpful, efficient, and make consistently good drinks! Shout out to the middle aged woman with the real short hair, I swear she takes my order every time and knows what’s up. Keep up the great work and customer service!!

Upon further review, I believe I may have understated my remarks regarding this remarkable repository of regalement! For coffee enthusiasts, your options are legion. (At least, I think they serve coffee at the American Legion; will delve further.) However, THIS particular Starbucks offers more than the standard coffeehaus (german spelling intentional)faire. When you enter, you get an immediate sense of fellowship in addition to the scents of the java beans happily grinding their way from your olfactory senses, then on to your palate, and ultimately to your heart. Now, I’m not much to look at, with a personality that’s even worse, and their amazing staff even treats the miserable likes of me with kindness, patience, and (undeserved and unrequited) respect. So, if you’re looking for a cup of joe, and MO, go to the Starbuck’s in Grafton on Port Washington Road! Now if you’ll excuse me, I think there might be some no good kids on my lawn…

Haven’t been in a year and was stopping in because I needed a lift. $9 for a drink that was $6.50 a year ago and it was watery and tasted like crap. I’m done done, I’ll just go to Stone Creek, Collectivo, Valentine, or Fiddleheads. Lesson learned, they just keep getting worse and worse.

Went there yesterday to see that my drinks were barely full. With the price of the Holiday drinks you’re not getting your moneys worth. I went and delivered the second drink and this is what they sent me. Disappointed because of the price and not getting a full cup but also making a kind gesture to only see what Starbucks had done
