I waited a couple days to post, because I wasnt sure if I wanted to be petty. I was there Friday morning and when I got to work I noticed that the workers put a frown face on my cup. Now I know there are more pressing issues in the world. But I had to look at it all day at work. It indeed did make me sad. But the guy running the drive thru was great and my drink was good.

The worst Starbucks experience ever. The Veteran’s Day coffee selection was only for one of two choices, and neither were even remotely good. There are many local coffee houses that are much better and charge you less for a bigger cup. Service was adequate, but not exceptional. Never really been a fan of Starbucks, but I thought maybe I had just gotten a bad cup the one time I tried their regular coffee and wanted to give them a second chance. Even my wife who IS a fan of Starbucks said it was bad.

The baristas here are amazing! I underestimated the amount of time I had to place my mobile order before I got there to pick it up and they were still so sweet anyways!They made my drink absolutely perfect and still took time to write something funny on my cup that brought a smile to my face. They really made my day and I appreciate all their hard work and kindness!

I order here every morning and my ticket always says no milk foam but unless I pull to the window and say can you make sure it’s no milk foam it ends up in there! I called the worker told me it was nothing they could do and was sorry that that make the same mistake everyday! What’s the point of customizing your drink if they make it how they want to anyway!

I’ve visited a few Starbucks nearer to my home recently for a small treat prior to going home to sleep. I needed the same after a meal nearby at an establishment on 53rd street, so I drove across the road to this Starbucks. I hadn’t visited in a while (I have little reason to be over here most of the time) but really needed that nightly tea.
This Starbucks is starkly different from the other two I’ve visited. Most striking is the general brightness of this space. Not only is there a white drop ceiling, but I swear there are more recessed and accent lights throughout. Between the softer colored wood tables, mostly white walls, and light grey 1 inch tiled backsplash behind the counter, the whole look works. I almost like it more than the Middle Road location. Almost.
I opted for a green tea and a few vanilla bean scones on this trip. All were of the expected and enjoyed quality of a Starbucks, no complaints here. I’m not a tealitist – I’m totally fine with Teavana. The Emperor’s clouds and mist I had tonight was solid!
I’d mention the artwork on the walls here is near identical to the prints on the walls of the Starbucks on Kimberly and Elmore. Not an issue for me – it’s good artwork both there and here. It’s just an interesting detail now that I noticed it and I feel compelled to share that factoid here.
I’d come back here again if I were in the area. I’m not around here frequently, but I’d come back. Thanks again Starbucks!

Nice place right off the interstate to have coffee and a pastry. But I ordered regular coffee and had to wait at the end of the counter for it. Why can’t they just pour the coffee and hand it to me? As it turned out, they forgot to give me my coffee after it was poured.

The team members are always friendly and easy going. I am just giving a 3* as the pricing at Starbucks is clearly ridiculous. But if people are willing to pay it, I guess most people think it’s ok.

Not a great experience at all! Barista taking orders had to be told multiple times the order, my mom ordered a matcha to be unsweetened and it came out more sweet. Went to ask to have it redone and it was responded with annoyance. One employee was extremely rude and talking LOUDLY about having to remake the drink even though our request was not meant to be huge. Was not the starbucks atmosphere we were used to.
