Best baristas! The staff is so warm and welcoming. They always greet us when we arrive and tell us to have a great day when we leave. They’re so patient with my orders…especially those that require them to put real honey packets in (sticky) and they always make sure it tastes right before we leave. I drive out of my way to go to this location daily (sometimes twice a day) and its worth it!

I have given this particular Starbucks every chance in the world, and yet, the Starbucks experience just isn’t alive in this store. There is never a welcome, rarely a goodbye and never any interacting at the handoff plane. I do not know if I have seen a lobby slide in my dozens of visits and the staff situation is like mice. If you see four on the floor, you know there are three or four in the back doing nothing. As a stockholder, I know these are the very things the company is trying to combat. Honestly, Starbucks is about inclusivity and every barista looks and acts the same. The reputation exists in other stores that the store will not hire beyond a profile. The greatest lesson I ever learned in management is that your business should represent your community. One specific demographic does not represent this neighborhood. This is only a third place because there are always seats available, not because of any connection to the staff or team. Please do better.

Great atmosphere, friendly employees, attentive and quick! The girl that took my order was extremely patient with me while I was trying to make up my mind . I love Starbucks and the quality of food, drinks and service they provide regardless of the location you visit! I have been to numerous Starbucks around the globe and they never cease to amaze me! I went thru the drive thru this morning to get my drinks from the day prior remade as they both didn’t taste very well. So ordered my drinks today and had a pleasant interaction with Kimberly at the window. I get home and they were as i explained chunky, so to me i couldn’t just drink it this way. So i called and had a very pleasant conversation with Haley over the phone about the situation and explained what was wrong which she immediately told me i could come back and get the drinks remade and at that time i had asked about getting something completely different, because of the issues we were having and was told that was completely fine. My husband goes to the store for me and as he wad already in the process of being helped and getting everything corrected, another female then started making a fuss about the situation, in front of him. They had him move down so he wasn’t right there and she then continued to go back and forth, fussing about it until my husband spoke up and asked if there was an issue, which she responded “no” and everyone went on about what they were doing and my husband got our drinks remade and adjusted to what we decided to get after the drink we were wanting, wasn’t what we wanted. I am just not pleased with how the 3rd party interfered and didn’t know anything about the situation or how she acted in front of a regular, paying customer without any professionalism what so ever! I want to thank the ladies, who i did interact with for being so professional and making sure we got what we wanted after everything that had happened.
