I got there at 2:30 and ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch. I got it at 2:45, there was one car in front of me for at least 8 min and all they got was one coffee. Anyway by the time I got my coffee it was melted and I couldn’t ask them to remake it because I used all my time in the line. I had to get to work. The Starbucks agent was no help so don’t bother clicking the link they reply with.

Seriously, Gabe is the best! He didnt just make coffee, but create an unforgettable experience. He created a positive space where he greeted me with a genuine smile and a can-do attitude. He suggested a new drink for me. 10/10. It’s rare to find someone who clearly loves what they do and spreads that joy to everyone around them. This barista is a total gem and made my day!

This was the worst experience I ever had ordering latte. The gal I ordered from was nice . But after 10 minutes and no latte and went and checked the gal came back and said it will be ready soon. So I waited 5 more minutes went up and asked for my money back that I paid cash for . I guess they are more interested in helping people that are using a app. I got my money back and will never go there again.

My daughter and I drove through and placed an order to try a new seasonal drink… completely forgetting I needed to have non-dairy… until I pulled up. So I made a quick call hoping it wasn’t too late or much trouble. Emily was so helpful, caught the order and saved the day! Thanks for providing customer service above and beyond!! The drink was delicious!!!

My kids accidentally dropped their drink while getting in the car. I went back inside to get some napkins and another cup to put the rest of the drink that did not spill in to. The employees remade the drink and gave me towels to clean up my car. Thank you for your kindness!

This place was place to be to get good quality coffee and refreshers, but sadly, those qualities are gone. I had an ice frappe mocha through the app the other day and it tasted very grainy. I could still taste the grains of the coffee sitting at the bottom of the cup. Yesterday I order a strawberry lemon refresher through the app and waited 4 to 7 minutes. But it took longer because nobody didn’t update the order was ready. This place wasn’t like it was in the past. Best customer service, excellent food quality, and above all food safety. I won’t be returning to this location ever again

Why should I have to wait 20 minutes to get a cup of black coffee, when all these online orders are being made, and the drinks are just sitting on the counter. I’m the one who drove here, got out of my vehicle, waited in line *in person,* placed my order, all the while, a bunch of online orders are being made, and now sitting there getting cold on the counter. This is absolutely ridiculous. A small back cup of coffee should not take this long. Won’t be back.
Oh! And when I finally got my drink, I mentioned to Walter that this is a ridiculous wait for the simplest order they’ve gotten all day, and that I won’t be back, and Walter, happily/sarcastically said “Okay!” That person should be fired. I don’t go to Starbucks to be mocked by their employees. Unreal.

We went early on a Sunday morning and they were busy with the drive thru but inside was pretty quiet. Service was fast and the employees were friendly. The drinks and breakfast items we ordered were what we were expecting. Would recommend this location.

We had gotten in line at 2:17 with only 4 cars in front of us. It took 25 minutes to get to the window. The order taker was very rude and gave us a disgusted look. We saw 4 other workers standing and doing nothing as we waited for our drinks. They had 2 people making drinks and they were consistently making drinks for cars behind us. The order taker also lied saying there was no whipped cream, and then when we got to the window we saw drinks getting whipped cream putting on them. Very unhappy with this service as the line was not long enough to have this much of a wait time.

Rude, rude rude! We look forward to visiting this Starbucks whenever we are in Sioux City. I placed my order via the online ap and entered the drive thru. Once at the speaker my husband advised that we were here to pick up our order. Ernesto then proceeded to lecture us on pick up times with a very unfriendly tone. I checked my pickup up time on my phone and it said 8:22, it was 8:16. There were several cars ahead and there was no way we would be early for our pick up time. It was 8:22 and we still had 2 cars in front of us, which normally is no big deal. We don’t mind waiting. However, since Ernesto made it a point to lecture us about being to early to pick up from the drive thru, I exited the car and went in at 823 for my drinks, while my husband waited in the drive thru. The drinks of course were not made. Why lecture me, when you are behind schedule and waiting in the drive thru would have been no problem. I told Ernesto that I didn’t appreciate the tone or the lecture and was told by another male employee to not argue and to “Play on my phone until my drinks were ready” I felt very intimidated by this remark, almost threatened. So I sat, and didn’t say another word, wish I would have just walked out. Ernesto continued to argue with me and asked me if I wanted his managers name. When I left, I could see the 3 employees laughing through the window like it was some kind of joke. I can’t even describe the level of unprofessionalism and how awful this made me feel. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and next time we’ll go to the Target Starbucks, where at least we’ve always been treated with respect. As a customer, My voice should be heard without argument and making me feel uncomfortable. Shame on this Starbucks, you honestly give Starbucks a bad name. If this had been my first visit I would have never went back to any Starbucks.
