I unfortunately was in a rush and couldn’t grab the name of the amazing staff member that helped me with my drink today, but I wanted to say that the entire team has always been nothing but helpful with amazing customer service every time I’ve been in there. I’m writing this today because I actually had an issue with my mobile order, so I called the store, and the staff member that picked up the phone was SO accommodating with my order, and when I came in to pick it up, she greeted me with good attitude. I have also worked customer service and I know how hard it can be to have a good and positive attitude when your store is as busy as this location was this morning, so props to her and the entire team!!!

The servers have always been friendly. Kudos to them! Today the drive through was not moving at the pace it normally does for a Starbucks. My mocha tasted off, which is not what a Starbucks coffee drinker expects and pays for. Please make sure measurements and liquid temperatures are exact. It makes a huge difference in the taste of the Starbuck products.

I really hate to leave this review because I frequent here so often (numerous times a week). I enjoy the service EVERY SINGLE time I come here…. Everyone is amazing, kind, efficient. I make this review as someone who was a Starbucks employee for three years… I went in for my birthday drink on the 21st of February…. I went through the drive thru… ordered my usual drink… the lady who took my order was so quick to cut me off mid order with my total and I had responded with “I’m sorry. I wasn’t finished with my order, could I please get extra cold foam on my cold brew?”
She again cuts me off mid sentence “on both cold brews ?! “ I said “yes….”
At this point I’m not mean or rude I understand the job is repetitive… but she cut me off twice… like I was an inconvenience. Which NEVER happens at any Starbucks but especially this one I frequent… I’ve never been served by this lady so not sure if she’s new? I didn’t get her name….
Anyway, Once I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a really nice gentleman and given the experience I’m used to… he corrected the whole experience and genuinely by the time I left I felt like everything was better! Good job on him truly he was apologetic for our order taking a while to come to the window. I tipped in cash because I didn’t want to take out a bad experience I had with one person on everyone else working behind the counter… everything was fine.
Then I get home and realise my drink had been purposely made WRONG!! I know that because I got TWO cold brews and they were what I could assume decaf coffee or espresso that had been chilled on ice which explains why my drinks took so long….
Well I went back and had my
Coffee remade.
I worked for Starbucks for a little over three years not too long ago. I can’t tell the difference… not to mention I drink the same coffee everyday…
Just sucks when you make a Starbucks your anchor coffee store the place you go everyday… and one person comes in and sours your entire experience…
I will absolutely be returning because I enjoy EVERYONE else that works there but this specific lady… I will be wary about. If I had gotten her name I’d insert it here. Unfortunately I didn’t. I can not stress enough how much I enjoy this place outside of this experience….

Excellent service! The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. My order was prepared perfectly, and the team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The store was clean and welcoming—truly one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!

That’s sad, really sad. I won’t be going back to this location again, or just find somewhere else. they cannot make a drink right for shit anymore.
I have been coming to this location for years straight daily. all of the regular/ normal ones that worked here I haven’t seen in awhile, they have all new people that can’t portion a drink right, I got credited for the coffee I got Friday.. through customer service, because it tasted like sugar milk like a dot of coffee was used was light so light I could tell by the look of it it was messed up but I’m always in a rush to get to work after, anyways I went back today to give them another try… SAME ISSUE. so I called the store itself to sort out the issue and a guy on the phone had said I could come in whenever and get it remade, so that’s what I did just 15 min ago when I got off work….
MADE AGAIN 3 x in a row THE SAME. I want to drink coffee not SUGAR MILK. they need to re train to portion the measurements right.
Also when I went in to get my drink remade I got questioned and hounded about it. So was not as easy as coming in to get it REMADE either. It’s sad…. There have been lovely people there the last year and I haven’t seen them recently at all.. no wonder this place has gone down hill..

Ordered a drink in app for pickup 5 minutes prior to arriving. Waited for over 15 minutes for my drink and when I tried to ask about the status of my drink no one would answer me. Ended up having to leave without my drink because waiting was going to make me late for work. I am very disappointed in their service times. Even during a rush over 20 minutes still without a drink is INSANE and honestly unacceptable

I’ve recently had to put down a loved furry friend two mornings ago, it’s been heavy on my heart and has been more painful than I thought it would be, the next day I had to go to work despite what had happened… I went to go grab a coffee in hopes to make myself feel a little better, but what I didn’t expect was when I came through this very drive thru, the employees have shown me so much kindness and it really made my day, they perfectly made my coffee and were the sweetest people❤️ so thank you everyone that was there during that, I hope y’all’s manager sees this and gives you guys a raise, like honestly these baristas are the kindest people I’ve met since moving here, so seriously, thank you guys for making my day after a hard event❤️

The barista, Taylor was so kind and helpful. Im a new mom and I came in for a quiet place to drink my coffee and hang out with my baby while we waited for my daughter’s next appointment.
