My favorite starbucks to go to, all of the baristas are always so welcoming and friendly. Service is amazing and the store is clean and cozy. Xuan made a perfect Flat White for me. I will be coming back!

I left a remote control training device in the men’s room at the Starbucks on 36th and Ankeny not only did the staff retrieve my lost item, but they sent it back to me by Federal Express above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t say enough for the professionalism they’ve shown me thank you thank you thank you The manager, Xuan, Personally took the package to the Federal Express dropbox to see to it that we received it back.
