I visited the other day at 8 AM when they say they open on the website and they weren’t open. They said they had a lot of call offs. Then I even went back two hours later and they still weren’t open yet. There was an employee there. She said that they had call offs how many people does it take to make one drink?

If you need to get a quick coffee and a little bite to eat, after doing some shopping at Target, than this is your place.
I can’t eat 98% of their food because of allergies.
Service is fine. No real complaints.
Atmosphere is ok. I mean it is a little corner of Target, that is crammed full of stuff they want you to buy. I would rather drink my coffee outside, than sit in the small confined area.
So all things considered……it’s convenient.

Walked in exactly at 5 not knowing they stupidly close at 5 in a target. I drove 20 minutes to get here. They were serving other people. The girl at the counter (short with glasses) was so rude and about yelled at me that they were closed. That’s fine but you don’t need to be rude about it.

I’m a regular at this Target Starbucks. The employees do great and the drinks are always delicious, however, the last 2 times I’ve been here I have heard the manager screaming at the kids working. Could we find new management? Or train them on manners? I’m just worried about the kids working.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to the drinks. It seems like the employees don’t know the correct recipe for drinks. I no longer purchase from this location due to the inconsistency.

Girl seemed not happy to have customers. Made my drinks after she made the three people behind me drinks. Both drinks I ordered were made wrong.

Today I wasn’t having the best day. I walked in and placed my order and was greeted by X. He ask me how my day was and I told him it wasn’t going the best. He than told me I hope it’s get better and on my way out the door he made sure he said bye and wave at me with a smile. The kind gesture made my day.

I have gone to this location a few times when I go shopping at Target. I’ve been having issues the past couple times with them messing up my drink. I get the Java Chip without any modifications and for some reason they have been messing it up. I hate confrontation so I tend to let it slide. Amazing service though. The batista’s there are nice. It’s a good atmosphere. Just sucks they keep messing up my drink. Especially because it costs over $6. They do tend to remake my drink if there’s an issue though which is good although The Starbucks location right by the mall is my favorite. I’ve never had an issue there.
