Starbucks latte is the flavor I’m most familiar with! Haha. I originally chose this store because I wanted to sit inside and enjoy my coffee in a ceramic mug, but my little one fell asleep in the car, so I had to switch to take-out instead. Still, I have to say this place is beautiful. The staff are warm, cheerful, and greeted me the moment I walked in. The barista who took my order was also very patient. A lovely experience overall!

I just went through the drive thru and I didn’t catch her name. She was a young blonde girl with glasses, very sweet hearted person. Sweeter than my Caramel white mocha with extra caramel. Keep her Starbucks! She’s got such a great personality. She’s amazing with customers.

Which threw me off but not a bad thing..
Everyone working there was so friendly and happy.
They brought me my cheese Danish and matcha latte (which never happens at other Starbucks)
Bathrooms were spotless.
Store was super clean.
You can tell everyone cares and is doing their best.

Wonderful service at this location. I felt bad walking in 15 before they closed to be kindly greeted by Rachael. I don’t come to Starbucks often so I wasn’t sure what to order. Rachael was friendly and patient while I figured out what to have. She suggested to try brown sugar oat milk in a Cortado. My new favorite. I will be back!

I wait all year for an eggnog latte. Last year they weren’t serving them at all. Yesterday when I went through the drive thru I was thrilled to see the sign saying that the “beloved eggnog latte is back”! When I ordered one they told me that they didn’t have any eggnog! Why have a sign saying they did? I have called all of the Starbucks in Holland and none of them have eggnog! This is false advertising. I will just continue to go to Brew 7. I will never go back to Starbucks! Meijer is just around the corner, go get some eggnog!!

Friendly and helpful staff & very efficient location:
Often coffee shops will have one or two greeters or people helping customers, but I felt like this location values customer service and everyone has an equal role in ensuring it’s a positive experience for the customer. This location has a good workflow like a well-oiled machine.

Drinks and such are great but the barista Rachel is very rude and has a sour attitude. Not to come off as rude but if you want good tips I recommend not sounding so annoyed with your customers.
