I love this Starbucks. You get a good drink every time you come. Even if you have to wait a couple minutes it’s worth the wait because you know that they’re making your drink the right way. After having so many incidences that other coffee shops where they don’t know what they’re doing it’s so nice to go into Starbucks knowing anything I order at this facility I’m going to enjoy.
Recently I ordered the new I think it’s called The thin mint mocha oh my goodness it’s absolutely delicious. First let me State I don’t like chocolate in my coffee. So when I went to order this drink I told the barista that I would prefer to switch out the mocha for white chocolate. And then she informed me that they don’t use any chocolate flavoring it’s actually white chocolate flavoring they use and then they add chocolate sauce. So if you’re somebody that does not prefer chocolate in your coffee and you prefer white chocolate you should still get this a drink it’s delicious.
The staff is always very very friendly I always feel welcome a lot of places in Grand Haven I think they’re stuck-up and they’re rude but when I go in here they don’t act like that. Kudos to the whole entire staff at Starbucks in Grand Haven.
I just have one small suggestion to make, one time I was working in Grand Haven, I drive around for my job because I clean houses, I needed charger for my phone. I only had about seven bucks on me and I want into Starbucks to see if they had any chargers because then I would order a coffee and sit let my phone charge. But y’all didn’t have any which I figured anyways but I thought it was worth a shot. I think you guys should keep a couple community chargers underneath your counter and maybe have them for people that need to charge their devices. Maybe you should have a charging station in the coffee shop and then people would come in there and charge their phones and then they would order something while they’re waiting. I know that I would have done that for sure so just the thought.

Service and baristas are great there. Not sure what has changed recently but a few times already I ordered and was charged for venti but received grande. People lay they have the same quantity but really though. I told them it was wrong size and barista said “oh if you wanted I can make a new one”. That question should have been asked! I love Starbucks but some people who work there just don’t care.

I just went through the drive through and ordered a short peppermint mocha (which was great!) but I ordered a cake pop and an everything bagel that I assumed would come with cream cheese (because who eats a dry toasted bagel?!) and it came with nothing. had I known it doesn’t come with any cream cheese I wouldn’t have ordered it. $2.95 for a dry bagel is ridiculous. Wish I would have known!

Stopped in this morning after work ordered an iced coffee with 4 pumps white mocha, sweet cream, classic and no ice. Got to the window and asked if they hadn’t made it yet if i could actually get it without the classic. They informed me they had already made it, but would be more than happy to remake it. I insisted that it was fine Id just have the one that was made. But they insisted on remaking it and went ahead and did it anyways. I had never had this coffee and was trying something new. They ended up giving me both to see which one i liked better. They seriously made my whole day, amazing customer service. Definitely will be going back soon!!!

Never do a mobile order from this location. Half the time they screw it up. Today I ended up being late for work cause they made the wrong order. Didn’t comminate anything other then “I’m Sorry.” Then went right back to work.
Being late already, I had not time to wait or deal with trying to figure out what they are doing if they don’t want to communicate. So I go to get a refund and the person working the register clearly had no clue how to do a refund.
$7 bucks was not worth the wait or hassle to get my money back. It was costing me more waiting for them to fix their mistakes. I will never order from this location again.
I will have to start going to locally owned shops.

This one has been great. We come from Washington. So there is one on almost every corner. So we were happy to see. Starbucks in Grand Haven. They have always gotten our order correct. And the girl doing our order is so nice. The guys making it. Not so nice. Little snobby.
