Coffee at its best! It re-energised our taste buds. Friendly staff. Great ambience. Much needed one for a chill climate. We would have lost without it Nothing can match Starbucks in term of taste and aroma. Very great and quality product comes with a price. We really enjoyed the coffee. Walked in today on a Saturday morning, and got a brown sugar shaken espresso with an extra shot. Everyone was kind even in the middle of a morning rush.

The customer service at this location is appalling. As someone with multiple starbucks partners in her family, one of whom is a shift manager, the standards that starbucks has for customer service were not met whatsoever. We went through the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders under two different names and we were told to pull forward. We got to the window and were handed two drinks that were not ours. We kindly explained that the drinks were under a different name, not one of ours, and in response the barista gave us attitude and said no you said this name. What was even more appalling is we watched the barista take those two drinks back that we had in our car and set them back on the mobile counter for someone else to take, which is 100% against policy. How gross. She repeatedly shut the window in our faces, rolled her eyes, and didn’t even apologize for handing out the wrong drinks. The girl who was at the window needs some serious coaching on how to smile and have simple kindness, especially with a job in customer service.

Our Mocha was good. Staff is nice too. But the place needs to be maintained. The Tables cannot sit with stuff on it for like a good 30 mins. Someone needs to make sure they are wiped off and clean especially during this pandemic. There are not many tables to sit on to begin with due to social distancing protocol.

We ordered a mocha Frappuccino and salted caramel mocha Frappuccino. There is about a 1$ difference in price and size difference can be seen in the images. They were very busy, especially drive thru. Wait was about 15 minutes. Not too bad. Dine in was open, but you have to enter with a mask on. All employees were wearing a face mask and they had proper social distancing measures in place.

I ordered a $9 matcha with vanilla bean powder and cold foam. I am pretty certain that the vanilla bean powder is not supposed to just be sitting at the bottom, along with the Matcha not actually mixed all the way. The Matcha powder is also just sitting in the bottom. I knew the barista from school, so maybe she doesn’t like me, but that’s unacceptable for a workplace. (I also work in food) Very disappointed.
