The gal was not so excited to help anyone, then took 10 minutes to get the wrap I ordered into the oven. Having stood around, wiping counters and chatting. The young gentleman however got my coffee done in good time, and was friendly and helpful.

I go to the Starbucks almost daily and almost daily. I have to ask them to fix my drink. Every day that I go there, they leave about 2 inches of free space in my cup. Why? Do you pay for the coffee? There’s a particular girl there that always messes up my drink. She always has a claw clip that looks like it’s about to fall out. And I wonder if having your hair pulled back is not a regulation that Starbucks has. Given all that there are multiple people that I know that also don’t appreciate how undertrained our Starbucks employees are. DO NOT GO HERE.

They always remember my name when I come in and greet me with a smile. The people who run the store are very efficient and quite polite asking me how my day was and smiles all around. They keep the spot well kept and orders are completed very quickly and are (in my experience) almost always accurate

The baristas are always super friendly and helpful. This location is always really busy with students, but they always take the second or two to make the interaction you have with them pleasant. They always seem happy and up beat, and it really helps the coffee shop feel comfortable.

Love Starbucks. But I wish they’d have their own shop and not be on a college campus. Or at least have another shop in this town. Having their hours based off of school holidays is annoying. We can’t use our points here. Driving to GR just to use our rewards is so crazy to me. Starbucks is so good it needs their own shop in this town.

Update..this Starbucks has closed in the Business building on campus. They still have another Starbucks in the Quad food court on campus at Ferris State University
