I had such a great experience at the Starbucks in Adrian, MI thanks to Kimber! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely positive. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even took the time to suggest a drink I ended up loving.
You can tell Kimber truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The service was fast, my drink was made perfectly, and the whole interaction made my day better. It’s team members like her that keep me coming back. Highly recommend stopping by if Kimber is working — she’s amazing! ☕✨

Sophia is just a gem!!!! When I first moved out here from a bigger city, I came in from the drive-through with two coffees and was like I need coffee, not sweet milk she literally took the time to listen to what I had to say, went out of her way to fix my drinks, and she was so kind about it, which is so refreshing, especially from some younger people that can usually have an attitude. She’s just so sweet-always looks out every time we’re there. great customer service A+. Thanks, girl!!!!

I love stopping by here for coffee every so often when I have some extra money to spend. Staff are always polite and efficient, and it’s a cute little location. I came by today after getting a free item for my birthday, and the coffee was made amazing plus I loved the little note. It made my day so much more enjoyable.

I love this particular Starbucks over most others I have been to. The service takes forever but I understand the pressure these baristas are under and know it’s not their fault. Special shoutout to my favorite barista Rylie A. I love when I see she’s there! She’s always so sweet happy and on top of it.

I go through Starbucks every single day and they are some of the most friendliest people you will ever meet. They’re very personable. . They are on top of their game and get my coffee right and done on time. If anybody has a chance I would definitely go And order a coffee from the Adrian Starbucks.

The food is decent and fine, had them burn my wrap recently. The service is ALWAYS awful. I have sat in the drive through line with no one in front or behind me and waited at least 5 min for my order to be taken. Did not give me the time of day to take my order, paid with a gift card and still had to pay money leftover and waited a significant amount of time at the register for a barista to come back and prompt me to pay the rest. I had to tell her I still had to pay. It’s hard being the only Starbucks in town but I haven’t really ever had a decent experience

This was at the Adrian Starbucks. I ordered two drinks. One was a Venti Caramel frappe no whip. I received one correct order and one “grande” Caramel Frappe. When I asked for them to exchange for the Venti (yes, I paid for the Venti) I received attitude from the lady at the window. After about 3 yo 5 minutes they returned with my Venti. However, it was a cup of whipped foam in half the cup, a little frappe on about 1/4 of the bottom of the cup and not even a full cup. It was obvious the grande was rewhipped and poured into a Venti cup. I just shook my head and left. It was unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t spend a lot of money to treat myself, and I will hesitate to go there again.

This morning at 6:30 I went through the drive-thru at The Adrian’s Starbucks location. There was a woman named Sophie working, she is the most rudest employee I have ever came across, multiple times I had to repeat my order, just to have it wrong at the window, I tried to explain to her that it was wrong and she got in my face saying it was my fault. I understand it’s early but there was no need to be rude.

Okay so, I always go to this location and never have issues. But today was shocking. I ordered 4 drinks, and a sandwich. Every drink tasted absolutely terrible and the sandwich had nothing on it?? Im confused lol. Ive never experienced this at this location but today im disappointed! Today they didnt even have any other order or people in line. Whoever was working today needs more training.
Hopefully next time I visit, it’ll meet the quality and expectations I normally see there.
