My friends and I ordered from our apps right when lunch got out at 12:12, it told most of us it would be ready at around 12:20-12:25. We did not care how long it was going to take however, we know lunch is a busy time. However, when we got to the window he (Josh) started being passive aggressive to us and saying that we needed to order earlier. It was rudeness for no reason. When we got to the window, he then started telling my friend to not order through the app because it puts strain on them. We ordered as soon as humanly possible and did not even complain if it took long for them, it wasn’t until they started complaining about us that we became upset.

UPDATE: I’ve never seen a coffee shop that doesn’t offer decaf iced coffee. The barista is also extremely bad at taking orders. Needed to repeat my order multiple times.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everyone that works here is amazing, they’re always so nice when my boyfriend and I go in Even on a busy day, they always make you feel welcome! We come in usually at least once a week since they opened, they all have great customer service… We love you guys!!!

This morning I got a brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso. They handed me this coffee. This looks nothing like how the coffee should look or taste. When I politely asked them if there was four shots of espresso in it, they gave me an attitude. Her reply was they accidentally put a small amount of ice so they put a lot of oat milk in it. I politely told her that I would like a different coffee because drinking this would taste like milk with no coffee. When she told the staff, they all looked around at me and gave a big attitude about it. When she handed me my new coffee back, it was basically black with a splash of oatmilk and she said here’s your coffee, then immediately turned to walk away. Didn’t look me in the eye and didn’t apologize once. Also, note I tipped them $2 before them making my coffee. I feel like the price amount of a Venti, brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso, it should be made correctly. I get accidents happen, but to hand me this milk drink knowing they messed up, instead of making me a new one is ridiculous. Then on top of that when I ask for a new coffee, I get such disrespect and attitude when I was nothing but nice about it. I am very easy-going person and not one to complain even if I get bad service, but this was just absolutely horrendous and I feel that managers/owners should know about this. That being said, I will never return to this location.

Unfortunately, this Starbucks location really struggles with customer service, especially from leadership. I was approached about sitting down before purchasing my drink, which caught me off guard. The way it was handled felt rude and lacked compassion. I understand policies, but there’s a better way to communicate them. This kind of approach doesn’t reflect the welcoming environment Starbucks is known for. I hope they work on improving how they treat customers moving forward.
