Since it’s mainly a drive thru the inside is typically empty and therefore super fast to get your order. Place was clean and organized and staff was quick to assist and friendly. Really like the location being walking distance from hotel water park and you don’t have to overpay for food at the hotel. Nice short walk to get quality drinks and food.

This Starbucks has super heroes for employees!! I stopped by this location to enter some notes on my laptop that I wrote down after some sales stops. I ordered my food and drink ahead of time, and once I arrived I came in to eat and work at a table. As soon as I sat down, I spilled my FULL Iced Peppermint Mocha all over my work papers, my food, and MY LAPTOP. I thought my life had ended. Then, Katelynn and her crew came to the rescue. Katelynn came right over with napkins and towels and helped soak up the mess I had so embarrassingly made. While I stared in shock at what I had done, Katelynn made the conscious choice to ask about my laptop, wipe it off, and make sure no further damage was done. Not only did Katelynn help me clean up the spill and avoid a technological disaster, but she also remade my drink and my food (which she totally did not have to do considering this was all my fault). And she didn’t stop there. After Katelynn remade my drink and food, she helped me dry out my work papers so that I didn’t lose the notes I had written down during my sales stops. Thankfully, Noah was also a part of the crew this day as well. Noah noticed I was struggling cleaning up the stickiness aftermath with a dry napkin (why I thought this would work, I don’t know) The stickiness was starting to dry across my laptop keys and in the cord ports. Without me even asking, Noah handed me some alcohol wipes so I could better clean my laptop ensuring it didn’t get gunked up from my drink.
Did I mention that I have only been at my new job for a month?
Katelynn and Noah saved my day, my laptop, and maybe even my job.

I went in today to get a salted caramel shaken espresso. Which I have had 7 in last week from other starbucks . the lady looked like she had no clue what I was talking about about . She said “we can use salt packets” . No thank you . So I got just a caramel shaken espresso. Never asked what milk to use. Which I would assume normally would come with regular milk unless asked for different . Let’s just say it was gross . The milk is or what ever they put in it is curdled!

*I would say 50% of the time I go to this particular location they’re closed. The first time this occurred I sat in line for 15+minutes. When I finally reached the speaker to order I quickly realized they weren’t open. Unlike all the others, I informed those behind me in addition to putting a note up to prevent others from wasting their time. Mind you, this was around 8:30am on a Thursday. I completely understand things happen. Well unfortunately that was only my first encounter of more to come. With that being said, before getting your hopes up and going out of your way, I highly recommend looking if they’re open first. When they are open, the staff is great and they make some incredible stuff-which leads me going back.

[[[**Fast-forward a few months… Went inside (wearing a mask) to pick up my mobile order and wasn’t acknowledged. Once my drink was finished I said thank you and grabbed it. I asked if I could please have a straw ( currently all “condiments” are behind the counter). She handed me a straw. I said ‘Thank you’ . Not a single word was said; no hello, no yeah, no head nod, nothing! Weird yet rude!
Ugh! I get in my car only to realize my drink was horrible!! I went back inside Starbucks to get a new drink and offered to pay for it. Second drink was fantastic but still incredibly odd and even more awkward then before.
I must comment on my review I posted a few months back because today’s experience was pretty pathetic. With that being said…

very yummy! i always make my own drinks at starbucks, and the girl who helped me was sweet and quick! they were very fast with our order, and the drinks were all really good! the sit down area was pretty messy, but overall it is a nice starbucks

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible staff at this Starbucks. I stopped by today after a very emotional and heartbreaking vet appointment for my dog. I hadn’t eaten all day and just needed something—so I ordered a coffee and a couple falafel pockets through the drive-thru.
I know I probably came across as short or distant, and I really want to apologize if I did. I want trying to be rude. I was doing my best to hold it together after hours of crying, and interacting was hard in that moment. Despite that, the barista at the window was an absolute angel. She was so sweet and kind, and even took the time to compliment my nails—something so small but it meant so much more than she probably realized. Her warmth and kindness cut through a really heavy day, and I’ve been thinking about it since.
To that barista: thank you. I wish I’d had the energy to match your lovely attitude and keep a conversation going, but please know that your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. You made a difference in someone’s day today, and I’m truly grateful. I hope you see this ♥️
