Coffee was hot and tasty. Service was friendly and even mentioned that I could get a free refill of the regular coffee as I was sitting inside. The store is large, beautiful, and has many tables to sit at and the cutest patio. Place is great for hanging out or studying…. super spacious.

Swung through the drive thru on 09/25/2025 and I have to say I’m definitely not satisfied. My overall experience at this Starbucks has not been that good lately. This is the second time in about a week they’ve had to remake me or my spouses drink, or that we’ve noticed our drinks were completely jipped. We drive to the Gratiot location because it’s the closest Starbucks for us. Mind you we pass Bigby, Tim Hortons, etc. but we choose to spend our money and take our business to the Gratiot location. If someone is spending $6-$12 on a drink. PLZ! Take the time to consider what that person went thru just to make it there and tryn attempt to give every customer a good effort. I usually let things go for the greater good but you have to understand if your going to serve coffee and not get it right or short people on their beverages your going to get some pretty upset customers. There’s a lot of people that live the coffee lifestyle and your product is what they look forward too! My cup was filled to the T with ice, my cold foam was just some bubbles on top, and my coffee tasted as if I’d just made it at home and let it sit in the fridge. I will continue to bring my business to the Gratiot location in hopes of improvement. If nothing changes I wish your location the best but I’ll have to go elsewhere.

I’ve went to this location 3 times in the past two weeks, and they’ve screwed my order up every time. I get the Chai recipe has changed (which tastes like rubbish) but every time it’s tasted like watered down cafe latte. The fist time they screwed up I was too far ino my drive to work to turn back. Second time I had to drive back to the store so they could make me the right one. Which thanks for not even apologizing. But this time I had to reorder twice now in the same order and they are both wrong! Oh and I still had to pay for the wrong drink. Now one might ask, well how do you know it’s not you? Because I’ve also ordered it from the Starbucks on State street and CMU and they were both made right. Anyways, this won’t make me stop going to Starbucks but this will make me stop going to this location. Just bad.

Came in on 09/02 and was blown away by how hardworking the staff were. The cleanliness of the store was outstanding, by far one of the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times since it opened, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience. I love using the mobile app to place my order in advance, and my order is always ready when I arrive. While a few items were out of stock during my visits—understandable for a new location—I’m confident that product availability will improve over time. Overall, I recommend this Starbucks and I hope that they’ll be in Thomas Township for a long time to come.

I drive to this town once a week and always look forward to ordering my usual iced Matcha with cold foam. Today, I stopped by this location and was extremely disappointed. First of all, there was no cold foam in my drink. It looked like someone tried to make it look like there was cold foam by adding a thin line on top, but let’s be real—it was basically green all the way through. No fluffy white layer like there should be.
I figured maybe it was an honest mistake, so I went through the drive-through again to ask about it. The person told me, “Oh yeah, I watched the other guy put it in.” But honestly? It just doesn’t taste right. There is clearly no cold foam in there. Anyone who regularly orders this drink knows the difference, and I’m frustrated because I paid $7.63 for a drink that’s not right.
It’s not just about the money—it’s about consistency and quality. If you ran out of cold foam, just say that. Don’t serve a half-done drink and pretend it’s fine. Disappointed.
