Staff are really kind and very joyous. Orders are always perfect, and they give me an absurd amount of whipped cream whenever I order a drink with some. I absolutely love it. Price is just like any other coffee place. Great 🙂

This store (as well as many others I’ve been to) have the air conditioning blasting – not sure why they waste so much money and energy on the AC. My order was well made and the store was clean, but my concerns are beyond that. I watched one of the employees take the recycling garbage and put it straight into the landfill garbage bag. I was proud of Starbucks for their recycling and reduced landfill efforts, but clearly that employee doesn’t have the same level of care for the environment.

There is no urinal, that’s not very inclusive. As a man, sitting down to use the restroom feels very uncomfortable I hope you can resolve this. After getting my name wrong 4 times a customer gave me a coffee on their behalf that overheard the altercation. No resolution was achieved with the staff members here. I tried three of the specialty holiday drinks and they all tasted like nutmeg. Also, just a heads up the people next to me were using VPNs on illegal websites. I hope you all can monitor this more closely in the future. VERY disturbed.

This is the second time in less than a month that my order has been messed up. Both times mobile orders. First one Trenta size drinks, not filled. This time I ordered Trenta and they gave me a tall and it was a Trenta on the sticker!! Not only is this Starbucks more expensive than the others they clearly have a training issue. Note: I wasn’t the one who picked up the order with the Tall that was supposed to be Trenta or else I would have complained. Also the partial fill orders were DoorDash so I didn’t see them till they arrived. Apparently people don’t fully read these comments or they wouldn’t leave responses that say “if you would let the barista know they would have remade it”.

I couldn’t get a cup of black coffee at this coffee shop. Is it always you can’t get a couple of black coffee at Starbucks? I don’t know. I don’t go there that often. All I wanted was a couple black coffee and they couldn’t make it for me.

The manager I’m guessing (beard, heavy-set) took their only Bearistra cup off the shelf, then told everyone they ‘didn’t get any in’. Anyways.

I order from here all time. Everyone is so nice. I tend to use the app and do pick up and everything is always there and on time. Have not come across a better Starbucks to date.

I ordered one of the Lemonade spring refreshers. What a Waste – it was over 80% ice and 10% bubbles. It took me 3-4 sips before i only had left was Ice and bubbles. at over $7 what a rip off. I got maybe 50cents worth of drink and $6.50 of Ice. Ask for Lite Ice or No ice.
