Have been to this Starbucks several times and it’s definitely a good location. Never been disappointed with the service. Ideally located next to 696 and very prompt service.
Ample seating available though some comfortable couch seating would be better than hard wood chairs.

I love being welcomed when I come in the door, and the friendly baristas have started remembering my order, which makes me feel seen and valued. 4 out of the last 5 times I went to this location they messed up my drink and or marked my drink as ready in the app but then I go inside and my drink is not even made. Multiple conversations with April the store manager have gone nowhere and she has been incredibly rude, condescending. and extremely unhelpful. April does not properly train her employees to handle situations when drinks are not made correctly or how to properly treat paying customers. April’s staff lie to customers and also make comments under their breath to the customers face. On top of all this, this location does not fill their drinks all the way up. I can honestly say most of my drinks from this location are not full to the top of the cup… Stay away from April and this location. Would give 0/5 starts if google let me

We ordered a grande matcha latte online and requested that it was extra hot and with NO foam. When we picked it up there was over 3” of foam and the cup was half empty. WHAT A RIP OFF! This is a constant issue with Starbucks in the region. Every time we bring it up at the stores the employees look at you like they are either confused or have a slight attitude that you mention their error. Over $5 for a drink, nothing like paying for air in your cup!!!!!!

I went to this location last night and had the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Staff was very welcoming, store was clean and my drink was delicious! This is the best Starbucks in the area, hands-down!

Waited almost 20 min in the drive through. When I received my drink it felt light. I took the lid off to find the top 1/4 not full. Peering into the drive through window revealed a chaotic mess of seemingly high school and college aged kids trying to keep up with the demand of this location. My drink tasted good and they did get the order correct despite everything.

I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but during my recent stop at this location on 7/26 at or around 7:13 pm, I encountered a barista whose dismissive and unfriendly attitude was quite off-putting. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but as a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy. This experience left me feeling unwelcome I will not be returning and will inform others as well.

This was the absolute worst Starbucks experience I have ever encountered. The workers were extremely rude & not at all welcoming. My drink was sitting opened for about 5-8 minutes already prepared while I watched her prep countless delivery orders which was extremely disrespectful considering how long I was already waiting. When I asked she rudely gave me my drink. Do better,

I was in line for the drive-thru, but it was taking 10Min per car. I got out of line and order from a parking space on the app. I waited for the pickup time only to find out that the door’s locked and it’s drive through only. I was still charged $9.50 and couldn’t use the drive-thru, as the line then had 20+ cars! Where’s my money?! Why is the app allowing in-store pickup when the store isn’t open?!
