It’s obvious that other reviews complaining about the lack of “prioritizing the drive thru” have never worked in food service or have just been too lazy to get out of the car and see what’s going on inside of the building. I can’t go through the drive thru lane most days because of the height of my work truck. The sheer number of online, drive thru and in shop orders alone is staggering. Most of the time I’m in there no one stops moving, and they still provide excellent service and seem cheerful. People just need to be more patient, or place an online order… you guys literally can’t move faster than humanly possible and it seems people are more self important than they are capable of logic and reasoning to understand how the process really works.

This is the Starbucks by my house they’re super sweet here and food and coffee is consistent, however their drive thru is anything but convenient. There has been multiple occasions where I’m waiting for 30-45 minutes and there was like 5-6 cars ahead of me. It’s very much obvious they don’t prioritize the drive thru customers.

Came in. Stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Store is empty, five employees working, three of which are on their phones. Stood there for a good two minutes, and left before being greeted. I understand if its busy gaps in service occur, but it was not. I was the only person standing at counter, and two other people in the shop were sitting at tables presumably already served.

Poor service and management.

My shaken espresso had like an inch of liquid missing. My gf ordered a cold brew and was given a drink the same color as mine with the same amount of space missing from her cup(in background of photo) The drive thru employee was very short and rude to my gf so we didnt bother asking about the drinks.
I wouldnt normally take the time to write a review but I have never had such poor service from this location and it’s disappointing.

Love their spinach wrap, especially when they make it very crispy. The people are always so nice here.

This is my favorite starbucks location
It’s very close to my home so I go there at least 4 times a week.

The staff are consistently very friendly and helpful, really making my day better.

The security code on my gift card didn’t show. The lady at the register promptly fixed this for me. The service and friendliness at this location are consistently top-notch.

Small suggestion: No need to double cup my espresso. it’s really not necessary and is a tax on environment

Another more general suggestion:
I know starbucks wants people back in their stores so they can experience that social being together connection.

First of all, nicer decor, like comfy chairs, a newspaper, a fireplace.
Also, it’s frustrating to see a load of online orders sitting there, while customers wonder what happened with their order. Tldr; give super fast service to in store customers, that way you’ll get more people in

My drink is STILL WATERY Right off the bat. Also … WIPE DOWN YOUR COUNTERS! Including the napkin area people. After waiting for my drink, wondering why it was taking so long, I had plenty of time to look around and it’s gross. And when you make mistakes, don’t just bribe someone with a whole $8 worth of next-time‐you-come-in garbage coupons. Communicate with the customer if you’re questioning why they haven’t picked up their drink when it’s sitting there and he’s looked at it numerous times but not taken it. I kept wondering why they were looking at me like that and it isn’t my thing. I also can’t remember the last time this place got my order done correctly. When it was kind of affordable a few years ago, it was ok to mess up here and there. Now? Forget about it. I’m not coming back unless a manager or company rep somehow contacted me. Good luck with that, I suppose
