I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino. Very Good. Got seconds. Very quiet and peaceful, hardly any noise or chatter. Great place to relax and chill.

It never fails my mobile order takes 20 to 25 minutes. I tried asking a barista right by the mobile orders that I needed a stopper for the extra hot tea. I had to ask repeatedly as she acted like I wasn’t there. Then she corrects me of course because I’m here to learn. Apparently it’s a splash cover. I literally order there everyday and it’s always the same attitude you get. She’s a tall middle aged with woman with glasses. I don’t expect much but being blatantly ignored for no reason. Or god forbid if you ask about your mobile order they never ends well. I only ask because I have sent my order to a different store. I’m just trying to get to work and this place never fails to ruin my day. For what reason I have no idea.

Frequent customer and service this location is consistently good quality in the drinks/food they make, quality of service they provide, and they all seem to really embrace the team approach. I can’t say they never have a miss-step, we’re all human it happens; but in over 10+ years, I can’t recall a single time they haven’t offered to make it right. This location definitely stands out to other locations in SE Michigan.

The most inconvenient uncomfortable arrangement of tables. Lots of dirt on the floor. Sickening smell at the entrance to nausea. The lids on the drinks are damp, as if someone had finished on them. One of the lids is loose, it could spill into the car or onto your clothes. One barista was deaf, the other aggressive and rude. The toilet is rubbish and dirty. No one apologized for such terrible service. Here it is necessary to remind the staff of Starbucks standards anew.

Worst starbucks ever. Stood there for 10 minutes not one person said hi or if I needed help. My order was ready and she put the wrong name on the bag and gave me an attitude after. Won’t be back

The lady this morning at approximately 9:15am in the drive through window was very rude on the speaker, seems like she hates her job. When my boyfriend pulled up to the window he was trying to hand her the card because he didn’t know that we tap the card ourselves, he doesn’t go to starbucks often… she then proceeds to take the card reader and tap his hand 3 times to get his attention, rather then using her words. I found that very rude and unprofessional. As someone who work in customer service, I would never treat a customer in such way.

They forget my toppings so often. I stopped going for a few months because of it and it happens again. Its the weekend crew that misses it I noticed and I ONLY place mobile orders so it’s there to get correct. ♀️
