So I went in with my friends and we waited 40 minutes for their drinks which I understand they can be busy but it was not too bad. Both of my friends got their drinks and we waited about ten more minutes for mine. It never came. We seen my cup sitting on the counter with my name on it for 10 minutes. People who came after me all got their drinks. I didn’t want to but I asked for a refund. I was told that the drink was made and someone must of taken it but I was by the counter the entire time and no one ever put my drink out or said my name. They need more workers or faster service. Workers were talking and not moving very fast at all.

Idk what’s the deal but all these new employees are RUDE, been a long time customer here and I hate how many good ones left. There should be no reason to be rude to anyone while taking a order when simply asked a question. The audacity is crazy! It makes me wanna drive out of my way to a different location not to mention when its busy they make you sit at the speaker until multiple cars pull off they need to do better, i miss the baristas that knew by name and drink order. This store needs to do better.

To have to wait over 50 minutes in the drive thru is absurd! We were going to leave the line but daughter needed the hot tea for comforting. We only saw 3 employees working on a Saturday evening. Drive thru was wrapped. Some cars left that was before and after us. One hot tea, one cold frappucina thingy. 3 cake pops. Wow! Never again This location needs to do better. If short on staff, maybe close the inside and just run the drive thru. Young lady was nice. That is why we gave her 3 stars for that but no apologies for taking so long.

The place was nice and there was free parking though it was not plenty of it. Also there was no napkins at all, the food section was empty. I should say that the service was fast and good quality. We ended up ordering more drinks, but not much to eat. There was over the average place, service and drinks.

Overall, everything was fine. However, I did have to go back in because they forgot to add an item that I ordered from my mobile app. I was getting ready to leave when I noticed my missing item. It wouldn’t have been an issue normally, but I was on my way home with a three & a half hour drive ahead of me.

This store is amazing!! I will drive out of my way to stop at this location. The afternoon and evening staff are always so kind! They truly seem like the people who Starbucks wants to represent them. Tess is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever encountered. Her smile can brighten anyone’s day. Kendall is just a ray of sunshine. I was in store awhile back when a newer seeming employee had started and she had the patience of a saint. Julia is just outstanding as well. Casey is also great! I never have to worry if my order is correct if I come here. Everything is always delicious when the ones named above are on shift. Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at any location. I truly hope the Store Manager, District Manager and Corporate, see this and give them some well deserved recognition, a bonus , something. If any of the ones mentioned see this; Thank you for making my daily visits great!

Hello. I would just like to say that your employee Julia is beyond phenomenal and qualified to work here. She had previously dealt with a customer that was antagonizing her and giving her a hard time. She handled the situation beautifully and did not let this hag of a customer get the best of her. She proceeded to give me an excellent experience and go above and beyond to make my day. I’m sorry that she had to deal with such a sad individual.
