The only thing that makes me give it 4 stars instead of five is that I hope the restroom can be cleaner. Sometimes it have bed smell and not as clean which make me feel a little bit gross when I have to use it.
Every single time I order a simple black coffee, she forgets it. Not once in a while — every single time. I end up waiting 5–10 minutes before I finally ask where it is, and she shrugs it off with an attitude. That’s not a mistake — that’s a pattern.
She’s rude to customers, she’s rude to my son, and she’s rude to her coworkers. I’ve seen her disrespect other kids, too. Her face, her tone, her entire vibe screams that she doesn’t want to be there, and it shows. She doesn’t even make food or drinks — clearly because she can’t.
So why is she still employed here? She’s a liability, she ruins the customer experience, and she drags down the team. Everyone else here works hard and is respectful. She’s the exception.
Get rid of her.
