It took, I kid you not, 35-40mins for me to get my one coffee. The drive thru line is always insane but this is ridiculous. I only stayed because I kept seeing cars leave the line before getting to the window so I thought that meant my wait time would be shorter, but nope. They only left because the wait time was so bad. When I got to the window to pay…my drink wasn’t even ready yet. Huuhhhh??
You can never go wrong with the food and drinks, so 5 stars there. I’ve been to this location a few times and the wait would be 15-20mins long normally. I just can’t justify coming here anymore.

i hate leaving bed reviews but this is the second time this starbucks has done this. i ordered extra cinnamon powder in my brown sugar shaken espresso. that thick line at the bottom of the cup is all cinnamon. the other time was caramel sauce at least 2 inches on the bottom of the cup. but this was insane

I am mortified with the service at this Starbucks. It has never been this bad before, who are you guys hiring?! I took time out of my very horrible day to come get a coffee to make me feel better. When I walked in the door at 11:45am I was immediately faced with about 10 people just standing there waiting. I placed a mobile order at about 11:35am, which it said it would have been done within 6-9 minutes, but it was NOT done. It actually took them so long to hand me my drink. I got it at 12:05pm. And guess what! It was made completely wrong. I got an iced Caramel macchiato which brown sugar cold foam, and I got a drink that was a single color. If you know anything about their caramel macchiato you would know it is dark brown and white unmixed. To top it all off, there was not a single ounce of caramel drizzle anywhere on my drink!! I don’t even know what I drank. Furthermore, whoever made my drink, also messed up another ladies, shocker. I did not even confront the worker because I had class at 12:10, and I was so late, and I was not gonna wait for another one. I am writing this review out of pure rage. You need to fix your app or your establishment because if you just told me it was going to take me 30 minutes to get my drink, I would not even have ordered it. Love Starbucks, love caramel macchiatos, but this was actually so frustrating.

Not worth it, especially if you’re in a hurry and want something fast. I’ve placed a mobile order here two times now and each time when I pull up it’s not ready. The line takes forever as well. I was in line for over ten minutes before I even got to the window. I also ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha and was served a peppermint mocha. Just not worth it for the price, incorrect drinks and how long the line takes

This place is ALWAYS slammed but I will tell you, it’s worth it. There is a reason they are so busy all the time. They have very high volumes and legit rock it out!!!!! Patience is a virtue here. You will get good service, even if it’s take a little longer than other coffee places. It’s weighs out!!! Trust me!!

If youre going to order here, you better have time to wait. Order online? Doesn’t matter if you’ve waited the allotted time for your drink, you will wait an additional 20 minutes. 20 minutes for a walk in drink. Starbucks in target up the street is better, or theres a biggby around the corner. Done with this location.

Literally can not believe that I have to leave this review, I come here every morning but my goodness 11 drinks in a row wrong and each one in a different way. That is a absurd amount of wrongly made drinks and on top of this you can’t even afford to complain and have it fixed because it takes 25 minutes for a single drink like I pray everyday a different coffee shop opens somewhere near me so I never have to come to this Starbucks. To reiterate 11 DRINKS IN A ROW, 11 DAYS IN A ROW (excluding Sunday).

Since changing managers, this store has suffered from a manager and assistant manager who shouldn’t be managers and who clearly don’t care about their employees and customers. The wait times have increased significantly and many of the employees walk around like zombies, like they don’t know what they’re doing there. It’s a disappointment because it’s the only Starbucks in this area, a very busy area that usually benefits from having a great Starbucks there. You need to replace the managers immediately.

Service: I appreciate the service of the staff, they were so quick and we enjoyed their lounge area. Its a little small but we were in and out.
